Once again, I'm impressed with your ability to immediately analyze lyrics of a song that you're totally unfamiliar with. Pretty sharp, dude!
You just peeped Ozzy in Black Sabbath war Pigs his wife sobered him up in the early 80s and he had a great come back but that brilliant guitarist is none other than Randy Rhoades RIP it broke Ozzy and the fans hearts cause this guy the only bad substances ever in his body waa nicotine but they were down here in Florida and Ozzy was on his tour bus and the pilot that was there thought it would be funny to buzz by the bus a few times wellvhe screwed up and cut to close and the wing cut into the bus luckily Ozzy wasnt killed as well and it could have all been avoided also that broke Ozzys heart cause they had such chemistry and friendship and please please play 2 Cellos Thunderstruck I have to see your reaction I think it will blow your mind so people in the comments tell him to play 2 Cellos and as usual you rock😍🤙
He gets it 👍
100%
Randy Rhoades, ladies and gentlemen ❤️.
@@Music-Is-Real-Love Gone - but never forgotten 🥲
Randy Rhodes guitar speaks to you as much as Ozzys lyrics.
Correction - the lyricist was Bob Daisley i.e. legendary bassist of many bands in addition to the Blizzard of Oz band.
Ozzy chokes up every time they bring up Randy on the podcast...best buds and they made magic together.
Randy was truly a guitar genius! There was an amazing documentary on him on Amazon Prime. Definitely worth checking out!
It's hard to believe this song is 44 years old. I was 17 when it came out. I remember we were all bumping this in our car back in the day. The 70s and 80s were the best times in music. Great Reaction ❤
Ozzy will outlive us all.
Archaeologists will be digging up our bones, while they listen to Ozzy gripe in some interview on the radio!
Same here. I was in 7th grade catholic school. The nuns were horrible to find out we were listening to this type of music and saw his face
Ozzy was the lead vocalist for Black Sabbath for maybe 10 yrs. Then he found great success as a solo artist. The best song & official video to know more about Ozzy is Ordinary Man. The good the bad & the ugly about his life & career
Shon, I’ve said it before and I will say it again….you are my favorite reactor. Your energy and smile are infectious. And you very rarely miss the subtleties or lyrics of songs. Great job!!!
I was just thinking the same thing. He is so upbeat and positive. He just makes you feel good. Great job!
He is a breath of fresh air🌤️
Word
Exactly what I was going to post. Love his energy
That's Randy Rhoads on the guitar, and he was a prodigy. Sadly he died in a plane crash. There is scarce live performances of him anywhere.
I saw a video of him playing the Crazy Train solo for OZZY for the first time in the studio.
It was EPIC.
Diary of a Madman by Ozzy is legendary 🔥
This is perhaps my favorite song of all. Love me some Crazy Train! You have heard Ozzy before Shon as he was the singer in Black Sabbath and I know you did War Pigs. The guitarist is Randy Rhodes, IMHO the best guitar player ever who died when the small plane he was riding in tried buzzing the tour bus with Ozzy in it, hit ithe bus and flipped into a house! Sad times but a pretty Rock & Roll way to go I'd say.
Check out 'Bark At The Moon' next perhaps, almost as good as Crazy Train. Jake E. Lee was the guitarist I think. Awesomely good tune. Cheers.
Ozzie Ozborne duet with Lita Ford "IF I CLOSE MY EYES FOREVER" (original video). 🔥🔥🔥
Ozzy Osbourne is the lead singer of Black Sabath. Also, could you react to the Stray Cats, song Stray Cat Strut
Somebody please tag Ozzy! He would chuckle at Shon's reaction!😁
Spot on interpretation 🎯
Randy Rhoads...unfortunately, died in a plane crash...such a loss. One of the best guitar players ever. Classically trained
I lived in Leesburg FL when Randy Died RIP
More plane crashes.
So much truth in our rock music
Alot of truth, we never heard but still understood the message. We are a different generation. Our music has truth and wisdom all through it. Nice reaction. I love the beginning of this song.
Randy Rhoads was one of the best guitar players of his time, and can imagine what he could of accomplished if he hadnt of passed away.
They play this song freaking everywhere. Sports games, concerts, festivals, bars, lots of stuff. Absolute classic.
Great reaction as usual. Good work
I was going to say, pretty much every US sporting event in the last 30 years. Even college marching bands bust this out.
The opening guitar riff has to be one of the most well known anywhere. It's everywhere.
You've heard this riff at every sporting event in the last 40 years. This is ozzys first solo release. His former band Black Sabbath basically invented metal music. R.I.P. Randy.
You hear that riff at sporting events
Ozzy Rocks 🔥
Ozzy was the kead singer in Black Sabbath, which is arguably the first metal band. This was his first solo record and the guitar player is Randy Rhoads. One of the best metal guitarist ever (opposite end of the spectrum from dimebag). Sadly he died a few years later...rock on dude!
Nothing made me smile harder than when I realized we had an Ozzy virgin.
It's so Great watching the younger set find and react to our era's music, allowing us to relive that discovery. 😎
Fairly new here, so not sure what you've reacted to, but check out Metal Church for some great statement songs - and incredibly heavy, tight music:
Beyond The Black (anti-war), Metal Church (first 2 songs on their self titled debut), and in particular In Harm's Way, a GREAT song about a kid dealing with child abuse.
Great channel! 🤘
Lita Ford: Close My Eyes Forever (Featuring Ozzy Osbourne) ...is Ozzy's ONLY top 10 hit. the duet's vocals are simply AMAZING!
also, listen to Ozzy Osbourne: Mr. Crowley ...the entire song is hauntingly excellent
for a sadder side, listen to Ozzy Osbourne: See You On The Other Side. its always a funeral hyme to me
This is a very popular track. That opening has been used all over
Your quick analysis of lyrics never ceases to amaze. Great reaction sir. Braves Hall of fame 3rd baseman Chipper Jones used Crazy Train as an entrance song.😊
There are some songs where, if they come on the radio while I’m driving, I disclaim all responsibility for speeding tickets: Ram Jam’s Black Betty, Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin, Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-A-Lot, Gettin’ in the Mood by Brian Setzer… this one is DEFINITELY on the list!
Cult of Personality by Living Colour, Spirit of Radio by Rush, pretty much anything by AC/DC or Beastie Boys.
And flippin' Dancing Queen!
I met Ozzy, Randy and the boys after a Louisville KY show, when I was 18 years old.
May 15, 1981
I paid $6.50 for the ticket!!🎫
And crazy how relevant these lyrics are today. Perhaps more relevant than when the song came out. And you've heard this in movies, commercials, football games, guitar hero, etc. It's a classic and been in everything. That's why the beginning sounded familiar. ❤
Mama, Im Coming Home is another Ozzy Classic.
Great Reaction 👏👏👏👏👏
LOVE IT!! My favorite Ozzy song. Another one is Mama I'm Coming Home (slower song). This song came out in 1980 and is still relevant today.
The Prince of Darkness has a new fan. Welcome to the club brother. Haven't seen him live in 25 years but he was always a beast onstage. Drunk, sober, high, whatever. He gave you a show. Left everything on the stage.
RIP Randy Rhoads ❤
You are an absolute joy! I so wish you could see Ozzy jamming as you listen to this! You are the best!
Another Gem from deep in the OZZY vault,,,,,,,Bloodbath In Paradise.
Enjoy the OZZY ride.
As hard is it is for me to believe anyone hasn’t heard of Ozzy before, I absolutely LOVE seeing him reach new people!! This song is as on point today as it was when it was released. And yes.. Randy was an absolute guitar god!
Epic song. Randy Rhoads (guitar player) was next level amazing. A true virtuoso. Just insane ability.
Saw this tour, August 9, 1981 Cape Cod. Def Leppard opened. Ozzy was the lead singer of Black Sabbath previously. The gifted guitarist died at age 21.
I'm glad to see your generation appreciate the hits from my era.
If you've ever been to a college football game, you've heard this song before.
Lololol very true
80S GIRL.. How lucky to be one!
If you’ve been to any professional sporting events they alway use that opening phrase
Dude you are the best reaction guy on u tube. I'm a fan . #ROCKON
Ozzy is a true legend and everyone should know who he is because he's so influential. He and his wife Sharon started Oz-fest.
You probably heard this song in the movie tag. The scene in the woods when they're trying to get Jerry but he turns the table on them
Randy Rhodes is still a legend to this day!❤ RIP Randy 😢 miss you.
Love that you picked out the guitar, Randy rhodes was awesome. Very sad that his life was cut short
One of the greatest rock singer's out there. ♥️♥️😎😎
You can never have too much Ozzy!
RIP Randy...one of the best ever
I love the oz man all through his years one of my favorite songs war pigs it makes me roll.
This song plays at all major events at NFL/BASKETBALL Games.
You didn't know rock 'n roll had BARZZZ!💯🤣🔥❤️✌️
❤ The Late Great Legendary Rhandy Rhodes on guitar😢gone way too young. RIP. Randy.
Gonna be binging him for a while. Great energy and attitude.
I love your channel bro. I think I get more enjoyment out of watching you reacting to that song then I do actually listening to this song myself. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it so well.
You should listen to No More Tears, another popular track, a bit later in his career
"Mr.Crowley",LIVE with Randy Rhoads(Possibly GOAT on guitar---Died in plane crash at 25!)TV show
OZZY's best work may have been in the movie, Little Nicky.
He was also in a movie called Trick Or Treat. He was playing the part of the Preacher. Funny stuff.
Many football teams olay it at stadiums. Usually during kickoff. Legendary Randy Rhoads on guitar RIP 💔🎸. Fun reaction
Those words still stands true today
Great reaction to Ozzy! Surprised you haven't reacted to Billy Idol yet. Pretty sure you'd find Rebel Yell or White Wedding lit.
As a kid, I couldn't have told you what this song was about...I just knew Randy was killing that guitar. As an adult, this song is amazing! You wouldn't expect that from hard rock/metal.
The Osbounes TV show back in the day was the very first of reality TV.
My favorite album during the 80's...
Loved your reaction. You hit it on the head when you mentioned "thinking we're free." Truth is here in the USA we just have a little longer leash than some.
The best band you've never heard of CLUTCH
"ELECTRIC WORRY"
Shon so far you have the greatest avility for music análisis and interpetation....very impresive
MY MAN Ozzy, he was a beast in his day
War Pigs is one you have to do! Its-Ozzy from when he was with Black Sabbath🎶 Also another One from Ozzy's solo career is No More Tears...two great songs!!🎶🎸🎵
You hear the beginning at major sporting events all the time. Especially NFL games.
Best roller skating song.
Amazing how old this is, yet, so true today still!!!!
I love how you're in to it from the first moment
best wishes from Germany
Randy Rhodes ...guitar God! This song is played at most sports events and was used in a rap son. Thanks Shon!
OZZY, BABY! Get down...
They always play this in sports, it's a great song.
I saw Randy live about 30 days before he died. Very memorable experience.
I love the Diary of a Madman album, that was my first, also Barking at the Moon. The sad news was the dead of Randy Rhodes, considered a great. My favorite song is Flying High Again, and You can't kill rock and roll.
They play this song in every sport ever and a plethora of movies ever made and commercials and just about everywhere you can use audio to enhance the mood. Ain’t no way anyone’s gone around the sun and not heard the chorus at least. They overplay the shit outta this song.
This is Ozzie's best song post Black Sabbath. So catchy. It's a hard rock pop song with relevant lyrics and crazy good guitar.
I guess im oart if the kast generation that grew up in fear of nuclear war with the Soviet Union. In the rarly 80s we were still having in class discussions about hiding under your desk in case of nuclear armageddon.
The intro was sampled by Trick Daddy/ Lil Jon for their song “Let’s Go”. Probably why it’s so familiar to younger generation
Mr Crowley live for the best Randy video ..RIP
You remind me so much of myself. So expressive, and you enjoy all kinds of music also! Also, love your smile!
Ozzy is a legend dude, he was lead singer for Black Sabbath from 1970-1979, then Dio took over after Ozzy was fired. Ozzy's wife(later), bought Ozzy's contract from her father and made him a star. She was the one that stuck with him, when nobody else did. They later got married and have been together all these years now.
Flying High Again is a great song , one of Many 👊💥💥💥💥
Saw Ozzie and Black Sabbath twice in the 80s. Both awesome. Check out Close Your Eyes .ozzie and Lita ford. Great video and song.
People may recognize the guitar riff throughout the verses as being similar to Steve Miller's "Swingtown" which is where it was taken from. Then Randy sped it up and modified it slightly.
It was in the movie "Megamind"! 😊
Listen to Mr Crowley live. Will blow your mind. RIP Randy Rhoads the GOAT
This song was in Ghost Rider, when Johnny Blaze started up his stunt bike. on the ramp.
If you are just now discovering Ozzy then you have to check out his duet with Lita Ford "Close My Eyes Forever"
this was my fav song in 10th grade. I listened to it like 10 times a day.
You might have heard this sound from Trick Daddys song "Lets Go" (which is a great song also) because the sampled from this song.
Yay thanks for doing this one. When I first heard the lyrics they are really about mental health ❤😊
I adore you Shon. You really get into the musicand feel it, as you should. You also analyze lyrics well. Not many reactors do either of those.
Wish you lived in So Cal. Would love to take to you to rick gigs!
You wanna watch all the Ozzy tracks 🏴🤘
I just realized your a metal head. WOW 😮
Before he was solo he was in a band called Black Sabbath...check out War Pigs!
Trick Daddy- Let's Go. I can never tell at time's if Ozzy or Trick when starts haha
