Hats off to the young architect! The staircase detail, master suite and the terrace are incredible! These architectural interventions speak for themselves. I love the design eye and general calmness of this house. Luxury can get tacky really easily. He managed to keep it minimal. This is why they say that there is a difference between an architect and an interior designer. There is always an edge. The guy definitely knows what he's talking about. I don't know why is he so nervous. He's done a fabulous job at this age! I definitely want to see more buildings designed by him.
It happens. Everybody is scared in their first video. But I agree, This house has some magnetic calmness to it!
The efforts put in by the team here are so much palpable. By far, this is the most amazing apartment I've seen in the vicinity. Excellent work!
I have seen a lot of architects on youtube but I can certainly say this is the best house in india till now i have seen. Hats off! I would surely like to give them chance in future to build my house when i have enough funds.

One of the special thing about this architect. Instead of the walls there is graphics on the floor and walls are totally plain. This gives a totally different ambience.
I have no knowledge about designs, colour combinations, garden area etc etc but yes I have watched a lot of videos on this channel Buildofy. This place actually felt like home. It gave a feeling that yes someday I will also have something like this. Good job guys. Keep up with the good work.

I did see this project on Facebook earlier, but now I am extremely taken aback by the way Ar. Nitish Goel has explained the concept, the details, and the intricate emotions and feels of the spaces. One can actually feel the thoughts that are put into the design in there. Some of the spaces are really calming and focused to soothe your endlessly running thoughts. They have certainly managed to break down the chaos of everyday life, giving you a space to rejuvenate, revive and heal yourself. Kudos to the team.
Nitish Goel I am awed by your creation. It’s minimalist yet has a regal appeal and quite contemporary. You have managed to strike the perfect balance !!
Imagination poured down the creation line. It is beautifully, asthetically placed, designed and balanced on every corner of the space, to give ample space to breadth and feeling of belongingness with a royal touch of creativity.
After a long time saw a designer actually using GOOD Furniture and placed everything very well. Cheers.

From the choice of colours, the curtains, master suite and the way terrace has been done it’s absolutely amazing, luxurious and yet classy especially when people mostly here turn the house into Gaudy by trying to make it look luxurious.

Nicely done . The interior designers / architect has done a good job with color palet and not overdo it with tyhe rubbish fall celings / OTT wood work or bold colors ... i like it

" ... vegetation retains rainwater ..." - Oh! Seems a tad too glib when you have waterfalls wasting water by a few hundred factors. Really taking the audience's intelligence for granted.
MeriMaaCineMAA Navin B, I am reusing every bit of the water from the waterfall by recycling it again. After a few cycles, it's being used to water the green wall.
