Hats off to the young architect! The staircase detail, master suite and the terrace are incredible! These architectural interventions speak for themselves. I love the design eye and general calmness of this house. Luxury can get tacky really easily. He managed to keep it minimal. This is why they say that there is a difference between an architect and an interior designer. There is always an edge. The guy definitely knows what he's talking about. I don't know why is he so nervous. He's done a fabulous job at this age! I definitely want to see more buildings designed by him.

I did see this project on Facebook earlier, but now I am extremely taken aback by the way Ar. Nitish Goel has explained the concept, the details, and the intricate emotions and feels of the spaces. One can actually feel the thoughts that are put into the design in there. Some of the spaces are really calming and focused to soothe your endlessly running thoughts. They have certainly managed to break down the chaos of everyday life, giving you a space to rejuvenate, revive and heal yourself. Kudos to the team.
I have no knowledge about designs, colour combinations, garden area etc etc but yes I have watched a lot of videos on this channel Buildofy. This place actually felt like home. It gave a feeling that yes someday I will also have something like this. Good job guys. Keep up with the good work.

This work is enthralling & at par with some of the best interiors done in a penthouse globally From the choice of colours, the curtains, master suite and the way terrace has been done it’s absolutely amazing, luxurious and yet classy especially when people mostly here turn the house into Gaudy by trying to make it look luxurious.
