I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.

I absolutely love this dresser! I have a very unusual "buffet" that is really cabinetry made by a Russian immigrant as kitchen cabinetry. It ended up in my grandmother's cabin in Northern California & I have wanted to do something special with it for years. Thank you so much!
Gorgeous!!! You know the trick with the drawers is to find the correct order of them. You have to take them all out, then one by one find the one that fits the first space. Then find the one that fits the second space. And so on. Once you do, they will all fit perfectly. It takes some work but then mark them on the inside by number so they never get confused again 🤣

And tomorrow I am going to try again. I have polished the wood inside and out, under and above inside. Oh the love of painting furniture!
You are right about the wedding dresser Kacha - centuries ago women kept Trousseaus from the time they hit puberty, filled with chemise and undergarments etc..for when they got married and moved into their own home...you channeled some young bride with this one😻

I love zinzer. For people that do renos on rentals they also have a odor blocker. I've used it for cat urine ect. painted onto bare floors(sub-floors) or drywall. One may have to do more than one coat at different angles, but it works like a charm.

Bees wax on the interior runner the draw slides in on. On antiques it’s the wood strip center bottom and the slot at the draw bottom. Bees wax paste onto wood of both pieces and rub it it. You could melt bees wax and paint it on too but has to be thin coat. Make sure it’s buffed in. It’ll help the draw slide in.
