    Your vlogs are so inspiring Craig. I’ve lost my mojo of recent years to photograph, but every video of yours I watch, it’s coming back. So thank you for that. Keep up the great work 👌👌

    Hello Robert, I always enjoy the videos you produce to show what can come out of a good composition from even a boring landscape. Cheers.

    When you were standing on the stone while videotaping, you should get a still from it. Looks good.

    A really enjoyable video. I won’t be going back soon at £9 for parking. Which is a shame because it’s a lovely place.

    I brought my "Annoying Family" to places like this (be it the pre-digital era).
    It was better that having them constantly watching TV or playing Video games.
    Mind you to their annoyance I still brought my camera (film-slides) 😂👍

    Wisdom from experience, in knowing to get there a few hours ahead so you can choose your time and light. I would benefit from doing that more . .but it seems if I'm somewhere a few hours in advance,I always have to pee instead of take my images . . :-)

    My real nightmare as an amateur photographer is not exposure or finding a good composition. It's finding people on the location I choose. It's horrible. Especially with kids and/or dogs (in this order).

    Still can't get over the £9 parking charge.

  • @kenhenley7599
    @kenhenley7599 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Join the National Trust then.....after you've paid your subscription…..parking is free.....but you have to visits lots of places to make it worthwhile! I'm not a fan of crowds either as my wife will testify after waiting for me for 10 or 15 minutes to get a shot of an interior with no people present!

  • @canniejannie
    @canniejannie 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Well I will just keep photographing beautiful Glencoe where I can park anywhere free.

  • @Hemlck

    The £9 fee is the entry fee for cars to the forest park and forest drive. Once you are in there are lots of places to go...it’s a Mecca for mountain bikes with lots of trails laid out. Entry is free for motorcycles, cycles etc . In the summer Dalby is a very busy place!

  • @libork8106
    @libork8106 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Ohhhh, you are really stretching the 9 bucks for parking ....???

  • @larrylancaster4287
    @larrylancaster4287 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Please, please....less video time of you and others walking. At the risk of repeating myself, I know how to walk. It's your experience of so wonderfully explaining your thoughts re your composition decisions that draws me back.

    Good video, great images, like the humour as ever. Bit less 70’s porno music would be nice. Just my ever so humble opinion 😉

    • @luisoliveira7338
      @luisoliveira7338 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      pogbellies, I believe that the problem it’s not the music. Maybe if you try to see less 70’s porno you solve your problem. 🤣
