He’s been there for awhile now already and he’s been on podiums regularly. That’s why I think they want him back in F1. Alpine said themselves they would never stop him from switching to another team if he could get an F1 seat again
Mick stepped into F1 from the wrong door. Haas was the wrong team and Gunther is a curse to his F1 Career. I HOPE he can come back to F1 but I doubt it.
Considering he was only ever seen in a Haas, no one knows Mick's true potential or pace. When you drive a car you have SERO confidence in, it's extremely difficult to push to its limits because you simply cannot gauge where said limits lie and when you do push such a car, you end up wrecking it. Put such a driver in a front running g car and they might surprise you with the pace they can achieve due to the balance and feel of the car. It really can be a game changer.
Cracks me up how people are trying to dump a bunch of washed up has beens unto the American market. Just like F1 tried to promote Haas as an American team. That didn't work either.
Why Why Why. He is over over over rated. Just because his last name is Schumacher they all think he’s God. Schumacher is a F2 on a good day. There is sooooooo many other drives to choose from.
@@zeus-mt7wx it's just circumstances in life If being a champ is not a proof, I would question your intellectual. Where was Botas after he left Mercedes when he was constantly on the podium? So sir Lewis a 7 time F1 world champion proves nothing in 2023 and 2024? The whole package is contributing factor.
@ If he had potential. If he was any good. He would have big sponsors. But he isn’t, no team wants him. No big name sponsors back him. In this game if 20 teams don’t want him. What more in life do you want. Facts is facts. His name Schumacher doesn’t mean crap.
@@zeus-mt7wx what if had started with front runner teams where he could have half of the chances? I don't think he'd end up this way. In his early days he didn't even use the Schumacher name he used his mother surname. Would you not consider Hass was at his worst at that time on his rookie year?
Bottas is better than pérez
But Perez has bigger sponsorship and market value in North & Central America, right?
So they have to choose between skill or money.
@@hyosang82was here to say this. Checcos redbull merch sales were well over 50% of all the merch sold
@@boonballer Wow, Checo's that popular huh
isnt Mick joining Alpine in FIA WEC ?

Schumacher is considered last chance loses the opportunity and repeat
No chance they pick mick, there are so many better options
Mick has way more potential just didn’t get a chance to show it at Haas!

well he done good in WEC and he is a good driver
Not hope , too many better to pick from . Bottas would be my choice over Perez .
Average driver....Pick.
Checo would be such a shit choice
Bottas not mick
I’d love to see Sebastian Wheldon and Mick Schumacher in Cadillac F1 at some point
Sebsstion for sure!! Mick - no!
No one asked for a mick update
Isnt there a better driver !? Come on

Um... no, he's not his father. He's not that good.
Other people deserve this more eg tsunoda , Colapinto and bottas plus Ricciardo
lol even Zhou
No
I’d take Colapinto over the rest
Need to see yuki in the Aston seat
Colapinto is signed for Williams and would need a large buyout fee but Cadillac will be able to cover it
Why is everyone so high on Colapinto??!! All he does is wreck cars.
Kubica's still up to it. I mean, bu signing Kubica they are basicly getting Orlen as their sponsor. It's a win-win for Cadillac ane Polish F1 fans
Dude 😂

Nepotism buff
I wud go for Perez.
Colapinto is a great driver
Hasn't shown anything to suggest that notion as of yet.
Team before 10 minutes👇🏻

Proves nothing. He still is and always will be a 16 place driver, if he was any good he would be driving an F 1 car. He is not.
