Brilliant review! So thorough and all the info I needed. I think this is the only Lowepro bag that fits my needs: camera compartment, “other” compartment big enough for clothes and chargers etc if going hiking for multiple days and a waist belt. Thank you so much for this!

Thanks Behdad 👍😀. Was complicated to shoot… stuff in backpack for decoration but I needed it too. So a lot of takes twice or more. Next one is a Hilleberg if everything goes well this time…. f😡ked up a day shooting because of wrong camera settings and I did not see it. Second is always better 🤞

I'm using a 3L Source Widepac with an Isolation bag in the laptop compartment and it fits perfectly. Isolation bag not only keeps water warm/cold but also gives extra safety for any leak to the camera compartment. The hose comes out from the top but you can also modify the bag and use the "official hole". Having an extra 3L not so close to your body sounds a bit sceptical but in fact, this is the only way I found to use 3L hydration and the load will reduce as you drink :)

Great video, just the Information that a needed. Now i have a small amount of equipment, but i buy allways for the future and the i will have more equipment and i have to carry this up the Mountains 😊 🙋♂

Heavy bag.
I have the Atlas Athlete, yes, its smaller, but lighter. Yet, I feel as though its a heavy bag.
I am looking at a mountaineering bag and just adding in a camera insert. That'll probably be much lighter. only concern is that it may be annoying to use with the insert

how well can the zipper resist rain? will water seep in when exposed to heavy rain?
A bit but this type of zipper is not a waterproof type zipper so basically It can't. That is why is comes with a rain cover. I hope this helps. Enjoy the Outdoors and Stay Safe! Cheers, Gijs
