Waste water pit in Sri Lanka (Learn how to fix concrete rings to waste water pit)

This is how rings are fixed in labor diged waste water pit in Sri Lanka.

I created the septic pit as in the video. Initially it too around 2 years to overflow. 2nd time it took about 8 months to fill up. Now after being evacuated by gully Bowser, it took only 3 months to overflow. What could be the reason. Please help

These could be solutions. 1. Did you see I have fix bottom ring with holes which enable sucking water in to earth. 2. Depth & diameter of the pit, this is nearly 9 Foot height and 5 Foot D. 3. There might be natural underground water drains near the pit which will speedup the overfilling.
