Its easy to underestimate some jobs i my experience the ones you expect to be an absolute nightmare are a doddle & the on paper straight forward jobs take a piece of your soul 😂 rob is a credit to the trade though the man is an animal
Does it not get boring as fuck working on your own ?? Apart from the ball ache of humping all that gear on your own theres no bit of craic on the job . Fair play you work very hard not knocking ya best of luck

I take my hat off to this geezer he works hard on his own and scaffold is a tough game
Great work - scaffolders are greatly underrated in terms of skill, sheer hard work and managing danger.
At least someone gets it, we are usually seen as the scum of all trades most unappreciated and underrated trade out there 😂
It's great to see a new video, Rob. Stay safe 👍
👍🏻
Fair play to you for doing it on your own. That’s a lot of graft
Top grafter 🥇👍 nice to see you uploading stuff again 👍
Massive respect mate , that was a swine of job 👏🏽🧱👍🏽
What a grafter, great job 👏
Good to see you back mate
👍🏻
WOW ! Great work 👏🏼👏🏼
some boy ..cracking👌👍
Glad your back lad 👌
👍🏻
Yes now you are back 🎉❤
Nice job my man u keep cracking on
Working on your own is massively inefficient. Sure you have heard that before though man
Stay safe Scaff 💪🏼
Flaming good effort dude🤙
Nice one, brotha 👌 👷🏻🛠
👍🏻
Yes sharky !
And you did all that in the fog? 😆 Well done! 👍🏻
That's a big fucking house that! 💪🏻
Happy new year Sir, welcome back
Same to you! 👍🏻
Hey rob good video brother keep up the hard work
👍🏻
"Wish I'd looked at it in more detail befofe I gave him a price" - Rob on every single video 😂
😂🤷

@@SharkScaffold every job is pain in the arse because you won't pay a labour to help you but at least you get self achievement at the end of the day
Scaffold will be slipping down that roof on the back 100% 😂
Pebbledash looks fine
Butting into led with no protection is asking for trouble bro just put a board under the needles
Had mine for a year now still in good nick👍
👍🏻
WHERE YOU BEEN?!
Grafting no doubt
How do you span across a roof like that (in a different case) if it won't support weight of scaffold?
Do you need a level or do you just use experience to eye it ?
I use a level
What a big job to do on your tod,
It wasn’t that big, just nothing was straight forward. Have a look at some of my other videos, there’s much bigger ones than that👍🏻
Look at minute 10:40,he literally puts the tube onto a ridge to support its weight,no boards used underneath
You have holiday Rob 🎉
Hope you are well
you might consider truck load angles to protect the ridge
I can’t beleave you did that on your tod.
Did he check the engineering of that roof before adding weight to it?
👍
I’m curious what your price was? I’m down south and we charge £25 per metre.
None of that on the back roof is tied or cross braced, whats stopping it sliding down the roof before you connect the far end return?
The roof was practically flat. If it needed tying i would have, but it didn’t
@@SharkScaffold 👍🏻
Ever break as sweat?
check out motor cycle chain lube to stop your threads rusting
Like your videos but please get yourself a little clip on microphone. It would make such a difference.
Inside boards not clamped down
That back is a day for a labourer mate , probably wouldve pushed you on no bother
No ladder gate
Must be a ball ache putting the videos together, great to watch though man
No high visibility vest or harness
Whatever you get paid is not enough
I think that's the same for most manual hand workers or any working person
Does it not get boring as fuck working on your own ?? Apart from the ball ache of humping all that gear on your own theres no bit of craic on the job . Fair play you work very hard not knocking ya best of luck
Your supposed to use a brace, sway or ledger brace to level up not just put it in a do it up!
There's always one 🙄
@@joseville89 sorry for actually doing it right🤦♂️
Go away scaff police
Top job 👍
No advanced guardrail, wonder if he holds a legit scaffolding qualification?
I bet you work on site 🙄
@@filomenaodonnell5917 oh I’m soooooo sorry for doing a job the right way 🤦♂️

3:50 It is interesting that you do not use baseplates on them standards. 🤔
The standard will want to slide if you use base plates on a slanted roof
😂 you don’t use baseplates on a roof
