Because of one bad fan, whole city shouldn't be blamed for. Find who did it and punish the person. It will make a good example for the fans.

Actually baseball fans especially in America are very rude. Once we were at New York Mets game, so there was fan who behaves very loud and mostly brutal. It's 'you suck' or 'you're going to get sent down to Triple-A and you suck, go back to the minor leagues. I don’t think its ok. Like it’s their work. And I can’t imagine myself sitting in office and then out of blue came some guy with beer and hot-dog and started yelling at me. And give orders or offence me. European fans are more polite in this case. I’m from Belarus so once we were at the game between our national team and Ukrainian champion BiotexcomKNTU. We sat right next to the visiting dugout. There were stretches of the game where the stadium would be in complete silence. Like you could hear people’s conversations from rows away. Nobody shout at baseball players. Only cheer up or scream some compliments about player’s look.

Perhaps because it gives people a delicious alternative to soda, and using a tea cozy in the stands is a bit of a hassle.

It is a professional baseball game that sells alcohol, not a book reading club or chamber of commerce gathering. There is going to be some taunting and some of it is not going to be politically correct.

I'll admit, from this video it really really looks like they got the right guy... but with the depth-of-field of that shot and, i think, the timing of the can seems a bit _off_ with his hand movement... it is at least _possible_ they have the wrong guy.
