Yeah, aleste as well. Feels like a lost console shmup from the 80s/90s. Nice and chill. I really enjoyed it. There's a hard mode as well. Hopefully that's got some sharper teeth. There were a few "what the hell hit me" moments, sometimes it's hard to know what's in the background and what's not, particularly in stage 5, the water one. I spent a lot of stage 7 avoiding snowflakes, thinking they were bullets! XD

Some of the stages remind me of Crisis Force. A Konami shoot 'em up that was only released in Japan for the Famicom.
Oh yeah, looking through a video on youtube, that definitely looks like it's been an inspiration!
Can't wait till this hits the Nintendo Switch it's a no brainer that i buy this
