  • Another week of behind the scenes content for you guys, showing the finishing up of the rear suspension on the Bomber Trail Chassis. I was hoping to get both the front and rear suspension finished, but when building stuff from scratch the time can just get away from ya.
I am absolutely in love with how this chassis is turning out, and cannot wait to get it on the trail. I have been dreaming of owning a bomber for years (this is my version of buying a super car) and the more I work on this one, the happier I am with every single decision I have made on this project.

Don't go too wild, Nate. Someone has to show us how to get it done with a hammer, saw, rivet gun and a welder. Ian makes amazing, inspirational, stuff but we can't keep our plasma table in the living room or under the bed.

hey, what makes me crazy ,is when people are mounting trailing arms and shocks .they use a bolt that the threaded end is in the bolt hole.it fits loose and will just beat that hole out, my way is to get a longer bolt and cut it so it has shank in both side of the mount, then just use a washer or space so the nut will tight out side of the hole, please try this, great videos, fun to watch

The problem I would have with a Plasma water table I live in NY .. you would have to heat the table or the shop too keep the table from freezing .. then there is the problem with the water .. anyone that I have messaged has not answered me what do you do with the dirty water. I was told by a dry table company that the dirty water is considered hazardous waste . when I get the $$ saved up I will get a down draft Plasma table .. would like a 4 x 8 ,, or even a 5 x 10 table ,,I get full size sheets when I buy metal ,, Great video IAN

So is there a pretty short time from filming to the episode going live on Fourwheeler? It looks like it’s in about the same state as the most recent episode. Or is this just older footage that you are dropping in sync with the four wheeler show progress?

There is about a 3 month lead time from shooting to airing....but in between I often have other stuff to do...so some stuff gets taken care of right away....and sometimes a project will sit for a month before I get to work on it.
