Home confinement is no confinement at all. Marilyn Mosby dodged a long sentence.

Perjury and mortgage fraud are not racist...but her lenient sentence may be.🤬 Do not try this yourself and expect the same sentence.

@@thaliahall4599 She lied to withdraw untaxed retirement funds w/o penalty and she lied on loan docs to get a better interest rate. The second charge alone can get you serious time, even if your loan app is rejected. She got off easy.

@@thaliahall4599 not the point. the money was only able to be accessed in the event of a hardship, which there was none. and she lied on mortgage applications. Thats called FRAUD.

Everyone is thanking god, NO thank the JUDGE because she had grace on her ONLY because she had two young daughters, As far as a pardon Mosby shouldn't get one, she is guilty at the end of the day so to still fight for a pardon is ridiculous. The sentencing was just and merciful, Thank the judge, leave it at that and get on with your life.

Why because she was convicted of a crime she’s a scammer. She tried to scam hundreds of thousands of dollars and got busted. so and she also ran her mouth for three years saying she wasn’t guilty. She didn’t have no problem, throwing everybody else in jail when it was when they did much less than she did.

How did race play a role in getting home detention? Typically, a black woman would get much harder time if it were race based.

@@thaliahall4599 because she used race as a defense, saying she was targeted because of her race, and lined up the NAACP and other black activists to ask judge for leniency and got it. Judge was black and apparently was swayed. And black women do not get harsher treatment in court. Catherine Pugh only got 4 years, which was less than the sentencing guidelines.
