I cannot tell you how easy you make this look, compared to when I try it. I have now mastered the building gel, for when a nail breaks/shatters and I need to repair it. My nails are all mine except for a few “patches” I’ve made to save the length of the nail. But the smile line??? Girl you kill it. I can paint back to front and that’s where my talent ends. Thank you for these glimpses into your life and seeing your work. I always love it!!

I remember commenting once that the few sets I tried doing on myself with polygel were horrendous and you told me to keep going. With the help of your videos I've gotten so much better. Typing this right now with my new set on and they look really good for an amateur who hasn't been doing this consistently. I started using builder gel instead of polygel and I'm surprisingly better at it!

Turned out super cute a couple of tips for you to help out and save some time, firstly when your doing your fill and doing the 3 layers of builder once you’ve applied one layer start the next layer a few mil down away from the cuticle that way you won’t have as much filing to do in that area 2nd you don’t have to wipe the sticky layer off the colour before you apply top coat just apply it straight over hope these help
I just picked up a similar color to achieve this look for the green. It’s called Va Va Vroom by Salon Perfect. It’s not a gel but it’s perfect for a recreation!

This helps your cuticles to grow back evenly and makes for less work to have to be done on your cuticles when time for refill. After getting use to doing this you will be able to smooth them with your nail drill as well but doing it with a bit soft enough for the cuticle of course.
Yes! Almond nails are your shape. They help create longer thinner looking fingers. I would also like to say that I love a good cuticle trimming 🤤 I think the cuticles are the eyebrows of the nail. I think they frame your nail and like your eyebrows, if they look undefined and unkept your face/nail will look bad no matter how perfect your makeup or nail polish is, that’s just my humble opinion. 😉 I love your videos, from one OCD gal to another 😍
