This song means a lot to me. I went through a breakup of someone I was with for almost 5 years. She cheated and left me for him. I discovered this song shortly after. Being able to find solace and listen to a song that perfectly describes the emotions and pain that I felt when going through the same thing helped me find peace. Made me feel less alone at a time when I had never felt more alone. Thank you Witt for creating this masterpiece of a song and being very relatable and honest with the lyrics. This song means a lot to me. I went through a breakup of someone I was with for almost 5 years. She cheated and left me for him. I discovered this song shortly after. Being able to find solace and listen to a song that perfectly describes the emotions and pain that I felt when going through the same thing helped me find peace. Made me feel less alone at a time when I had never felt more alone. Thank you Witt for creating this masterpiece of a song and being very relatable and honest with the lyrics. People that have gone through it understand and relate to every lyric. For the people reading that have are here because you’re going through a breakup, just remember that it does get better. Take it day by day. Focus on your goals and keep in mind that it will get better, even if it seems like it never will.
