You forgot the most important thing. He's a Peter Lorre impression. That's what all his pronunciation depends on. Watch Corey Burton performing him and the resonance is very different from where you've got it. You're pushing the voice forward when it really sits comfortably in the back of the throat.

It's more of a purring growl to me, and I add a slight mushy s into it because of the shark teeth.
