It's beyond me how Tua can be #1st in yards, #2 in completion percentage, #5 in TDs and #1 in deep pass accuracy but ranked 13-18 by "experts" lmao. I get it, you are judging off film and not boxscore but over the course of a season those stats give you a good idea of consistency. And this whole narritve of "cant be good teams" is hogwash, he beat the Bills and Ravens last year... including throwing 6 TDs in a comeback in Baltimore.. you wouldn't make the argument he was better last year, right? So he can beat good teams bc he has. Is it possible he just had a bad few games at the end of the season and ran into KC, Bills, Ravens who were super hot down the stretch?
That Bills game was winnable, as JA turned the ball over. Nonetheless, the offense could do nothing. The problem with your arguments are, Tua is in the AFC, he would eventually run into KC, Buffalo, Baltimore and Cincinnati! You cannot just say he lost because the team was hot and he had bad games against them as an excuse.. This is the gauntlet you have to go through in order to win a SB. He did beat Allen once in the Floridian heat barely, which would not be present in January. He beat Lamar fair and square, I would admit that.
@@choiyatlam2552 right but how do you put up 1-5 stats in your position and get rated 18th best?? Lol. We would do that for literally no other position.
He forces it to Tyreek because until now, Tua has only had waddle as the only other reliable option to lock in on. Now OBJ isn’t the guy that he was even 3 years ago w the rams, but he can block well enough and he can get open on 3rd down. I expect Tua to share the rock a little bit more evenly this year
As a Dolphins fan, I can agree with this, though I think he flashes higher level play than that. I think people get a little to worked up on the ranking thing thing at this point though, especially since so many QBs in that 6-12ish range don't have that big of a gap between them compared to the drop off after the top 3-5 QBs. Think the better focus people should make with QBs rather than rank is "is this QB the answer" or "can this QB lead the team to postseason success?" For me, Tua is that guy. Others might think differently, and that's okay
I don’t see the Phins getting a better QB 😊 in the next 5 years than Tua. At times he seems elite. Late in the season not so much. The Miami fan base will never be happy until he wins some playoff games.
At 8:21 which Dolphin fan disagrees with you on that? I feel like even the staunchest fans in Tuanon have critiqued this about Tua. Luckily he’s worked with John Beck this offseason and tweaked his throwing motion. Honestly I truly think that hip injury messed with Tua’s mind more than anything. He’s now FINALLY using his hips when throwing the ball and it looks so so much more consistent and clean. You should take a look at him when training camp videos roll around in a couple of weeks and dissect the difference in his throwing motion then. That would be a great video idea I think. Or a TH-cam short idea.
That's about to CHANGE,.. This Team is Loaded and will not Flatten out like the Cowboys,.. Team will be killin' it for at least another 3 yrs,. PREPARE~
The problem with Tua is that he struggles in the cold. Played HS ball in Hawaii. Played College ball at Alabama and now Plays pro in Miami. The Dolphins are true to their mascot: Great when they’re in their environment. Useless outside of it.

Experts have been jerking off to 6'4" QBs with big arms, good or bad, for decades... These big egos won't ever adjust to reality.

Few bad games? Lmaooo he has a losing record against playoff teams
You’re exactly right, Tua needs to adjust against better teams. He always force it to Tyreek hill no matter who he’s playing against.

Excellent but still needs to improve, the team needs to. QBs don't win games, teams do.

Tua is an enigma
These were some odd plays to show as he had many better plays throughout the season that display his all around play and reason he was successful
