I think people just dont like that he has good weapons that do a lot.
I was all bought in %100 on Tua until the Titian's and Buffalo Loses last year. Now I'm just 80%. Win one of those 2 games and we don't freeze in Kansas City. This year not just him but the whole team have to pull off a few wins against winning playoff bound teams.
Then please tell me what happened to him in the 2023 season when hé played baltimore Bills kansas city and titans he did not play good and he had weapons when he had to carry the team he did not preform hé shrinks. And those where very important games and he did not show up
Tua struggles against good teams and bad weather, the concussions did set him back a lot mobility wise and by his ability to be somewhat of a dual threat qb now that he looks like he lost weight and gained mobility it can possibly make him more of a Justin Herbert kind of player but there is no denying he was a game manager this year equal to purdy
I would not say that he IS a top 5 QB right now, because he doesn't have a top 5 resume. He has top 5 skills, and if Chris Grier tried a little harder to build a decent o-line, the team would be unstoppable.
Extremely good when things are right, but this team's had a lot of injuries and he's got room for improvement. I think he'll continue to improve, good work ethic.

@@mnmlbaez it’s funny because I always hear people say wins aren’t a QB stat. Until it’s about Tua. I agree that he has had his struggles in cold games. But it’s not entirely on him. I am going to be honest I don’t think he is top 5 yet. But he could be to me he is fringe top 10 definitely top 12. He does benefit greatly from the scheme and Tyreek but what QB doesn’t, I don’t feel like that should be held against him. A lot of his criticism is from not showing up in the big games against good teams and we will see this season what he is made of but overall i think he can succeed. He is a very good QB let’s see if he can be a great QB he is still young and he is being setup for success!
The not showing up in big games is unfair analysis too, because it's a team game and the WHOLE team implodes. Not to mention how many balls Tyreek dropped that were TD's in said games... And the Philly game was so obviously rigged lol. I think he's top 8 undoubtedly though for sure.
Brah, you need to know your facts....facts that starting the playoffs in 2023 they had 6 starters out & 2 starters injured. Tua is not to blame if you got much starters out. Think about it before you judge the facts.
He beat the ravens bills cowboys and many good teams thru out his career so stop pushing a fake narrative he came back on Lamar Jackson who people swear is a better qb than tua
The ONLY downside to Tua is his escapeability, he has issues if the Oline breaks down. Hard for him to extend plays. Maybe he will sort that out this year, we can hope
With the o line giving g him only 2 seconds to throw and makes the o line looks lots better than they really are. Last season too many injured players. Tua will look like a totally different player this season. McDaniel has to come up with more plays. He's wearing receivers out. Flores had no business putting Tua in there 1 yr just coming off hip injury and not knowing playbook.
@@cole9799 then you just stand by being wrong 😂 dudes never had an issue running around, he just kept it to a minimum this year to stay healthy. A lot of you people form your opinions from this season and seem to forget he has an entire career to look at
The best thing I saw with Tua and Flores was the game on Sunday or Monday night vs the Ravens when he had Tua backing up Jacoby with a finger injury!!! Jacoby got hurt holding his leg looking like it was serious and Tua came in moving the offense that wasn't doing nothing all gm. To moving the ball like crazy well then Jacoby was ok and was ready to go back in ran to Flo and started running on the field lol. Flores thought about it a second and then went running after Jacoby yelling hey come on back man. LOl and we won like 6 straight after that!!
16 TD's with 10 INT's isnt bad? It aint franchise either. Its average at best and thats what Tua is. Last season he had 14 INT's and 13 Fumbles. Thats terrible!
Tua is great...except for when he plays good teams...and when he plays in primetime...and when he plays in cold weather...and when he has to step up in big moments...but other than that he's great, totally worth making him one of the highest paid qbs in the league. I mean who cares about the fact that he's been useless at helping us win the division or playoff games while other qbs from his draft and later draft classes have already helped their teams accomplish those things he's got the most passing yards let's pay him 70 million a year and give him 10 years!
Ya if you know ball you see what tua is doing. It’s what made Tom Brady great, and it’s not something the average football fan is gonna pick up watching a few games on Sunday. It’s nice having people to teach the masses that playing qb isn’t about just being tall and throwing the ball far
Alot of the problem people have with tua is that they formulated an opinion of him early and no matter how the evidence tells them different they still cling on to that opinion....truth is tua jas improved every year since he came into the league unlike herbert who he always gets compared to these days every knock they have against tua is narrative based(cant win against good teams, cant play in cold weather)meanwhile the factual stats tell us he is in fact a very good qb and if he stays on his trajectory he will be a great qb
Tua looked amazing in college because Alabama was so far ahead of everyone else in their conference. Do I think Tua is the best quarterback in the league. No I don’t think he’s the best. But he is a top 10 QB and that is all you need at this point. In my as an arm chair coach, Josh Allen would be my choice for best QB, but he hasn’t been to a Super Bowl either. But Tua is our QB and has my support 100%. Win or lose.. Go Phins!
That's funny no one see them games like he had vs KC and the craziest part of that KC game was all his starting WRs were out Parker got hurt!! He was throwing to back up tight ends/ Wrs type dudes. Look at the people catching the passes lol dudes were back up tight ends
Only edit. Tuas weight gain didnt have anything to do with his concussions, thats what the jutisu was for. The weight was apart of a 2 off season plan to build his strength. You can confirm with tuas personal trainer Nick Hicks. Tua himself and mike mcdaniel has even said this. Its a false narrative that i dont want to be continued
Sure can buddy!! Learn some football while you're at it. First off, having a cannon means nothing for total passing yards LMAO it's just indicative of how far you can throw it, not if you're a good thrower. Big difference. Secondly, the Ravens D was incredible last year and the Offense was extremely efficient. They were blowing ELITE teams out the water, and the games were often over by the 3rd quarter. Why would Lamar be passing? Third, Lamar is a traditionally hybrid type QB so his effectiveness is total yards, not just passing yards. And his receiving core was comprised of Zay Flowers and Isaiah Likely for big parts of the year last year, you cannot possibly sit here and convince me that that somehow compares to the Dolphins weapons. So yeah buddy, next time use your brain a bit, think critically, and do the slightest bit of contextual research to see why things are the way they are. It's actually quite easy, even you could do it!
Tua is elite . A top 5 QB in the league . Every free agent wants to go to Miami now to play with tua and this team . He will bring a Super Bowl to Miami
Players ranked him 36th best in the league, every player praises him after playing him, even guys like Myles Garrett. It’s time to ignore morons online and realize the people that matter know he’s elite.
Never seen Tyreek have to throw on the brakes and wait for passes so much in my life. If Tua could hit wr’s in stride deep they’d be on way to Super Bowl.
Tua fanboys always blame tyreek's drops...they just love to forget that the only td we scored in the wildcard against the chiefs was because tyreek had to come back for a HORRIBLY thrown pass from tua and then dodge multiple chiefs players to get in the endzone.
So tired of people blaming the whole team. Our injury decimated defense was holding the chiefs to mostly field goals until they got exhausted because our "top 10" qb and "offensive genius" head coach couldn't keep the offense on the field. That defense everyone wants to shit on gave up 26 points in horrible weather on the road, not ideal until you realize the bills gave up basically the same amount of points the next week to the same team at home.

That explains how Brady threw no more than 28 TDs before Randy Moss then threw 23 to just him for his 50 total. It was All The QB. The opposite of a false negative meme is Truth, not a positive false meme. There has never been a QB that made an Entire Team jump 23 TDs in a season. But one WR dragged a mid-range QB to that height. Oh, & Jerry Rice caught for 3 separate QBs all of whom were nowhere near any MVP consideration without him. Tyreek elevated _him,_ just as Mahomes' #s descending *without Tyreek* showed he affects things more.

not sure if hes top 5 but you cant say that he hasnt won a playoff game because his team been good for like 2 years recently with being killed by injuries and bad conditions. people only call the dolphins stacked when mentioning how they havent won anything recently. even if hes a system qb, he'll succeed in his position. I think people just dont like that he has good weapons that do a lot.
Every qb is a system qb and they all have their each system that they fit the best

Hes gotta take down the choking in big games. The ravens and chiefs loss regular season was bad imo. It wasnt that he lost but how he did it
Loved your video. Fins Up!
He isnt even top 15. What are you smoking
Great video!!!
Hopefully his O line can protect him this year!!!
I was all bought in %100 on Tua until the Titian's and Buffalo Loses last year. Now I'm just 80%. Win one of those 2 games and we don't freeze in Kansas City. This year not just him but the whole team have to pull off a few wins against winning playoff bound teams.
agreed
Ya but to be fair, the defense collapsed to
Then please tell me what happened to him in the 2023 season when hé played baltimore Bills kansas city and titans he did not play good and he had weapons when he had to carry the team he did not preform hé shrinks. And those where very important games and he did not show up
Studesville/Godsey were just the coordinators. On Gameday, Charlie Frye was the play caller.
It was a 3 headed monster.
Tua should give half of his money to Hill. Lot of the reason he got that contract

#TuaTime 🏈
Tua struggles against good teams and bad weather, the concussions did set him back a lot mobility wise and by his ability to be somewhat of a dual threat qb now that he looks like he lost weight and gained mobility it can possibly make him more of a Justin Herbert kind of player but there is no denying he was a game manager this year equal to purdy
I would not say that he IS a top 5 QB right now, because he doesn't have a top 5 resume. He has top 5 skills, and if Chris Grier tried a little harder to build a decent o-line, the team would be unstoppable.
Tua's first play as a pro was the last drive the week before the rams game against the jets
Extremely good when things are right, but this team's had a lot of injuries and he's got room for improvement. I think he'll continue to improve, good work ethic.
I like how you conveniently left out that Tua is under .500 against top teams and how he shrinks in cold weather.
"Tagovailoa is only 1-7 with nine touchdowns and 12 interceptions when the temp dips below 50 degrees" Quick google search.
Miami fan here.
Sometimes you gotta see him for what he's worth. McVay got to the SuperBowl with Goff but could not win the chip because of Goff limitations. They get Stafford and win the SB. I think Tua is good, but is he a champion?
@@mnmlbaez it’s funny because I always hear people say wins aren’t a QB stat. Until it’s about Tua. I agree that he has had his struggles in cold games. But it’s not entirely on him. Take the chiefs playoff game for example. KC ran the ball almost 30+ times. Miami barely ran it 15 times. That’s just a bad gameplan.
@@arxcha. So on MM? I get that. Thats one game though. What about the other 6 in cold weather? Look I'm not saying Tua is bad, I just don't think he has what it takes to win a SuperBowl unless everything around him is fully functional and healthy
Another year in pain.. tua aunt it.
@@digitalskillthank you. I love Mike McDaniel and Tyreek Hill. But they both kinda shrunk in big games, not just Tua
Brah, you need to know your facts....facts that starting the playoffs in 2023 they had 6 starters out & 2 starters injured. Tua is not to blame if you got much starters out. Think about it before you judge the facts.
Did you watch the video?
The video was saying good things about tua
As a dolphins fans so what stop him from winning against the good teams all season?
He beat the ravens bills cowboys and many good teams thru out his career so stop pushing a fake narrative he came back on Lamar Jackson who people swear is a better qb than tua
Okay Bot. Did you watch the video? If you did he didn’t say anything wrong about that time.
Feel free to watch his game against the cardinals
@@ZGh0st1422 seen them all and I stand by my statement 100%
2:53 10-6. They were 10-6.
11-6*

Tua 🤴
Tua is great...except for when he plays good teams...and when he plays in primetime...and when he plays in cold weather...and when he has to step up in big moments...but other than that he's great, totally worth making him one of the highest paid qbs in the league. I mean who cares about the fact that he's been useless at helping us win the division or playoff games while other qbs from his draft and later draft classes have already helped their teams accomplish those things he's got the most passing yards let's pay him 70 million a year and give him 10 years!
You said it perfectly
when tua sneezes i bless
Tua the goaaaat 🐬⬆️
The game against the cardinals a few years back was the only game Tua was the reason for winning
Ya if you know ball you see what tua is doing. It’s what made Tom Brady great, and it’s not something the average football fan is gonna pick up watching a few games on Sunday. It’s nice having people to teach the masses that playing qb isn’t about just being tall and throwing the ball far
Not to even mention the drama around Flores and Watson
Top 5 qb is a stretch. Let's just say he's 2nd best qb in the league!! Fins up
He’s the best qb
Tua cant beat winners and chokes. He cant play in the cold and looks like a scrub...like the only teams he can beat.
Tua has a weak arm . He’s not nfl qb
Alot of the problem people have with tua is that they formulated an opinion of him early and no matter how the evidence tells them different they still cling on to that opinion....truth is tua jas improved every year since he came into the league unlike herbert who he always gets compared to these days every knock they have against tua is narrative based(cant win against good teams, cant play in cold weather)meanwhile the factual stats tell us he is in fact a very good qb and if he stays on his trajectory he will be a great qb
yeah tua is amazing we've won so many division titles and playoff games with his help oh right...
Go Phins!
Absolutely nothing wrong with guiseki
he plays very stiff...great hands...but little else ...they wanted more agility...better route running ...etc
tua is my sigma
That's funny no one see them games like he had vs KC and the craziest part of that KC game was all his starting WRs were out Parker got hurt!! He was throwing to back up tight ends/ Wrs type dudes. Look at the people catching the passes lol dudes were back up tight ends
Definitely a top 5 qb in the nfl! Hurts mahomes tua Herbert and love
No Allen, Burrow or Jackson? Are you serious?
@@nonewthing all overrated’ Allen is a good regular season qb but chokes in the playoffs! Burrow is a bust and Jackson is the same as Allen
Finally someone that’s like me and loves the whole dolphins team Tua better than Patty Mahomes
Those crappy receivers you point to seem to have no problems when Fitzy was our QB. Tua got benched twice and Fitzy played much better in those games
Tua only throw the ball when receivers is wide open
Seriously? He throws the ball BEFORE they get open, to the spot where they WILL be WHEN they get open.
Nobody throws a better dime in tight coverage, where did you hear that?
I don't like that tua slimmed down. I thought the whole point of bulking him up was to be able to handle the hits better.
I named my cat after tua
you named your cat the goat?
Tia good. No.
Explain to me how Lamar Jackson has a cannon of an arm yet Tua lead the league in passing.
