I made this today and the result was outstanding... I don't normally make biscuits from the Net.... Best recipe and the cracks that appeared were so beautiful of a proper Nan katai. I didn't have semolina so I made the biscuits without it... It turned out tasty and absolutely delicate. Leave them on the tray to harden before handling.... Follow the recipe carefully and the results will amaze u❤️❤️💯💯👌👌thank u sister🙏

This looks too good. I'll try it, ty ❤ I don't have ghee, is butter or crisco okay❓️❔️❓️❔️❓️ Add: i made these with butter & let ut sit in the fridge for 20min but it didnt really split on top & its not as brittle when i break it apart 😔 could it be the butter?
How you make ghee white in colour in starting
In summers : Put the ghee into the fridge for 20-30 min, then take out and mix.
In winter: slightly warm it, ( not melt )
