I discovered Paddington 2 when I read a cop's comment on a Reddit post, telling a story about that one time he accidentally mentioned the movie with a straight face as his fellow officers talked about recidivism.
I haven't watched Paddington, but from what I've seen, Paddington is really well animated - I mean, he doesn't feel off and very alive (which doesn't happen on Lion King 2019). Need to check this out :D
They have so much heart and empathy for humanity as a whole, it's a beautiful representation of the good we can strive to put back into the world. That's rare and should rightly be cherished
Special In/Frame/Out Thanks to Tim Robinson for providing valuable support to the channel, whose name was accidentally cropped out of the credits because I am not very smart. If you couldn't already tell, I adore just about everything about 'Paddington' & 'Paddington 2' and would put both alongside my favourite family films of all time. Thanks for watching as always. If you'd like to support the channel further whilst getting your name in the credits, access to our Film Club and more - head on over to www.patreon.com/inframeout
I tought this movie it was for kids, but what I see is a movie with social and political meaning... I'll give it a try soon... Good content again..Greetings from Colombia south America..
In 1958 it was a well-meaning book about the good side of people from "darkest Africa", which was changed when the publishers pointed out to Bond that there were no bears in Africa. In 2024 Paddington is centrist brain rot for lib dem / small c tory dads who want to feel good about a Uk that does not exist. Something to watch while avoiding the windrush scandal playing out, race riots erupt in the background and the political parties racing to the bottom with schemes sending migrants to Rwanda or any number of things with similarly divisive imperialist echoes. Bonus fact: Even now in 2024 the only Peruvians that have ever been granted Uk citizenship without visas were the ruling classes of a fascist junta that scampered away in 1945

"Political optimism." I couldn't have said it better.

Paddington : My new role model from now on
Great video!
I need to get around to watching Paddington 2.
It will complete your soul
@@inframeoutany thoughts on the 3rd one not having the same director? I think Paul King brought so much to the table.
I'm incredibly concerned tbh, but I hope for the best. I honestly cherish these films
@@inframeout fingers crossed.
Did you watch it?
I love you.❤
