great video. can I ask what settings would you need if you want a night time lapse but showing mostly night sky and the stars? ive seen some videos and the gopro can pic up starta in the sky
Firing the shutter only every 30 seconds means each shot will "jump" if you have the GoPro mounted on an egg timer, so the footage will look a bit weird. In this video we had the shutter set to fire every 2 seconds.

Adobe Premiere. You just import all the images from the time lapse into your computer, put them in a folder, import the first image in the time lapse into Premiere and select the "import as image sequence" checkbox. Premiere will then create a time lapse for you.
Hi Bill. Here are the settings we used: Shutter: 2 sec Color: Flat Interval: Continuous ISO: 400 We didn't invent these settings. We got them from this video: Miami at Night - GoPro Hero 4 Nightlapse
Most of these shots only took 15 to 20 minutes to capture, so the battery was fine. Here are the settings we used: Shutter: 2 sec Color: Flat Interval: Continuous ISO: 400 If you want to do longer time lapses, I'd recommend getting an external battery and powering your GoPro through the USB cable port.
I hear you there. I mostly wanted to comment this just because I thought it would get your attention, because I think your channel is awesome and I am just starting out with mine, and your videos have really helped me. Thank you
Im off to New York in 10 days. This video is my life! Thank you guys. Love it. Silver Rules. :)

That's brilliant :-)
+Paul Komarnicki Thanks. We had a lot of fun shooting this last Fall.
I have a question, what happen if I use the 360 on 30 seconds shutter in full moon day? Will the footages be blury and bad?

what program do you use on the computer to make it a time lapse?

nice thx :)
Hi marklola12, we haven't tried a star lapse yet, but here's a video from a guy who has: th-cam.com/video/Fp0T90ULEs0/w-d-xo.html
Could you give us the GoPro settings and length of time for the Chicago time lapse? Great idea.
Hi Bill.
Here are the settings we used:
Shutter: 2 sec
Color: Flat
Interval: Continuous
ISO: 400
We didn't invent these settings. We got them from this video: Miami at Night - GoPro Hero 4 Nightlapse
I want to do it but im scared my camera will get stolen
+ceeIoc Just do what we did: find a nice place to sit a couple feet away from your camera and hang out with an eye on it till it's finished.
Cool! Oh another thing, won't the battery die if its filming for so long? How do people film sunsets, etc?

Hella real life Chuck Dall no don't men that in a bad way bro so don't think I'm hatting lol
It was super hot in our old studio :) Luckily our new one has AC
$5 🤔
Ahh I see batteries not included
Same for GoPro sadly
Hi Silver Slinko, yeah, this is definitely a cheap hack. You'll get better results with a pro battery powered time lapse spinner.
you're really really red man. I would get that checked out
Hi Daniel, unfortunately that comes with the ginger territory :)
Why is your face so red?(No offense)
+CamInHand Hi, Sean here from Fotodiox. My often red face is one of the downsides of being a ginger : ) But there are plenty of upsides too.

+CamInHand No problem. Nice channel by the way! Subscribed.
