- In this video I go over how to use dynamics along with a bit of mograph. If you have ever wanted to know a fast way to fill something like a bowl, jar, pen holder, etc. this video will show you how to do that in this quick Cinema 4d tutorial.

I spent almost 2 hours trying to find out where I had left off, until I decided to search, I'm glad I found yours the first time, easily resolved thanks
Thanks, useful as always!
Glad you liked it!
More simulations in Cinema...Love that
They are always fun!
i spent so long trying to figure out how what was going wrong until I realized I was using the wrong ridgid body and collision tags. thank you!!!
Glad I could help!
Gonna ask a question, I prob wont get an answer fast enough. I've been thrown under the bus by a client. Imagine a huge crate 8x8x2 metres. It falls away to reveal the object inside. The sheets of wood and lengths of timbers are by stock usually no longer than 2.4x1.2 meters. So I want to build the sides of the panels with individual objects that have their own dynamics but are still glued together enough to stay together. Sorry... I'm in panic mode
In the Dynamics tab of the rigid body tag I would look into either the "Trigger" dropdown menu that has an option that allows you to only have dynamics once a collision has happened or the dynamic transition option below that.
@@BTB3D thanks for the superfast response....would you believe it, the clients changed their mind again....lol
Great tutorial but for some reason when I bake my simulation out then right-click and Connect & Delete, it reverts back to the original grid clone - as created at frame zero. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Thanks!
