I'm not Catholic and I loved watching Venerable Bishop Fulton Sheen as a child. He was so knowledgeable about the Bible. Learned a lot from him even though we had different beliefs. He must have been so hot under those lights in his robes. Especially since air conditioning was not as prevalent back in the 50s and 60s. He's on YT these days. He finally earned his Halo. God really works in miracle ways. Before I go to bed I do look for something funny to watch and hear as it will play in your subconscious mind while you are sleeping and gives you a much more uplifting and encouraging pleasant mood when you do wake up the next morning. I was 13 yrs. old when I, not realizing the solemnity of the occasion, strolled right down the center aisle of our Sacred Heart Cathedral, right at the start of his installation ceremony. Only many years later did I realize the importance of that event. There was Archbishop Luigi Raimondi, Apostolic delegate to the U.S., then I passed the man who betrayed Bishop Sheen, Francis Cardinal Spellman, and the many priests who also betrayed him. He would say mass, almost daily, at the cathedral (6:00 am), and there was me, the altar boy in whom he confided so often things that would shock many people. I guess he must have thought it would go in one ear and out the other of a 14-year-old, but I remember all of it. Oh, the stories I could tell. If you care to contact me, I would be glad to share some of them with you.

Bishop Sheen was loved by so many people. Though I left the Catholic Church, he is the only one I believed wasn’t fake. When it comes to teaching the people about the End Times - He didn’t hold back. He straight up told the people the Evil anti Christ would come from within the Vatican. He didn’t fear the pope or anyone else. I just wish & prayed he would have turned away from the rosary and praying to Mary & saints.
