We came to primrose valley,first impression were very good,then we got to the caravan,from then on it was just a disaster,the caravan was nice,but when we entered the place was seriously infested with flies they were all over the living area and kitchen,we phoned reception an got nowhere,so we walked there an explained the problem,all we got was the caravan had be cleaned,as we were there we over heard another couple complaining of the same issue,then we spoke to a neighbour an they had the same issue an no help whats so ever.if i had have had the grandchildren with me i would have just left,we couldn't cook any food we couldn't eat any food,we spent 4 days living in the double bedroom luckily it had an on suite.i wont be going back.
First went when they had a big adventure playground and a toboggan run, all free. Kids would spend hours there, which help to stretch a tight budget. Replaced it with a fairground, costing extra of course. It never looked as busy but probably made more money for the owners.
