Robert Powell delivers a presentation based on the extensive study of the 2013 Aguadilla, Puerto Rico UAP incident which was conducted by the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU). I feel like the Chinese lantern explanation still accounts for everything, if you believe there's a canopy of a lesser temperature that occasionally obscures the heat source. It even explains why it appears to split.

At 50 minutes when Robert shows the video of the balloon, SCU should perform the same analysis techniques on the balloons and compare them against their analysis of the Aguidilla object, you could graph the change in pixel colour, relative size of the object etc. Showing these graphs side by side with the Aguidilla object would be illuminating.
