    I think its hypocritical to always ask dealers and smugglers about how they feel about their customers and what they are doing to them but not make the politicians answer the same question.

    • @VagaBond-m6w

      Agreed. And it is not the responsibility of the seller to make sure the buyer uses it responsibly. We don't hold Chevy responsible when a Corvette owner speeds, we don't ask them how they feel about selling a potentially lethal vehicle, do we? We don't ask Heineken how they feel about possibly creating new alcohol addicts, nor do we ask Grey Goose vodka, so we should not be holding sellers of cocaine responsible, either. It is up to the buyer to use any product responsibly, BUT the seller should be honest about what is in their product and the purity, so the buyer knows what they are getting.

    The 60 tons at $10,000 a kilogram is over half a billion US dollars at a low that was confiscated. What ratio of legitimate money to black market money is being processed through the port? How much of Spain’s current economy is based on cocaine from Latin America?

    • @Benito-lr8mz

      You are a crazy ? are you sayin Spain is a narco-state lol ; no is necessary lol Spain is the 4 economy of E.U (27 countries) ; 5 of Europe ( 50 countries) and 15 of the world id... close Mexico with 3 times less population than México for exemple.

      @ There are shipping ports around the world around the world with cocaine. In Philadelphia they found $1billion worth of cocaine a while ago. And in Los Angeles I’m sure working on a hypothesis that the ratio is 1:1. This is a logistical and human geography question and so far understanding the deficit that black market economy fills in the best way to understand this geographic equation. Aside from drug testing the entire planet to create a scatter plot map, this is the most realistic option. Understanding the ratio of “legitimate” to black market economy

    Loads of comments of people getting offended because of the drugs and traffickers origin, sick!!!
    People, the problem is the demand and consumption, addiction must be the number one problem tackle.
    Legalizing is not going to solve the problem, drug traffickers will create new drugs besides the legalized ones to keep themselves in business.

    • @chetingerx

      Actually the first motivation for the appearance of new psychoactive substance is harder controls over certain substances and precursor.
      It's hardening prohibition policies which encourage the modification of substances trying to avoid the conventions actualizations. Like an armrace. Check EMCDDA reports and see.
      Criminal organizations will stay criminal. Only not with the immense economic benefits drug trafficking provides them.

    • @alexglez1673

      And you go ahead and legalize them too.
      1. You take the business away from them.
      2. There’s a quality control. Drugs are safer and users don’t die as they often do.
      3. It creates tax revenue that governments can use to open more rehab centers.
      I only see positives. The current system is useless.

    • @MrCLAUDIAORTEGA

      @alexglez1673 by the time you realise there is a new drug is because a mass of people is already addicted to it, as example people is only starting to listen about "pink coke" it's being in the market for over 10 yrs.
      Consumption and mental health, having healthy people that does not need to take drugs is the best but not the easiest solution.
      And yes maybe legalizing will decrease the cartels activity but it won't end it.

      @@alexglez1673 it is produced in Colombia so lers just say it comes from Colombia (where the US has 13 military bases by the way but they cannot seem to wabt ti stop the flow of illegal drugs ), if this drugs on route to france lets say go through a port in Greece that does not mean they come from Greece , they were smuggled into greece as well, the origin is what is important here but it seems the narrative is to make it look as if someone else is to blame but the guilty parties

    • @alexglez1673

      @ see? You are making a big mistake there. You used the word produced and point at Colombia exclusively. You’re wrong.
      Coca leaf is grown in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia. But as you probably know, that’s not what cocaine is, they need to ‘produce’ it, as you say. That is done in those very same countries but also in other neighboring ones. There are many labs hidden in the Amazon. Colombia is not the only place where it is grown and surely enough is not the only country where it is produced.

    The police are stupid, they pull a van driving round in circles
    and check it for drugs, derp.
    If the van had picked up and loaded with drug, it would have left the port.
    if it was driving around waiting for a drug pick up it would be empty.

    The street value would be WAY higher than 30k€/kilo. The retail price would closer to 50-100€ pr gram, and thats not considering that you can cut cocaine like 10x before peeps in europe starts to complain loudly over the quality.
    So 100k pr kilo, x10 x3000.
    Ofcus this money wouldnt go into the owner of the sub. It would be shared between ALL links in the distribution process.
    The sub-owner could probaly walk away with the value estimated here, but thats still not the street-value
