Im a unit owner in Mezza2 condo, BEFORE the pandemic malakas ang airbnb, esp sa mga need ng place to stay dahil may check up etc sa uerm, ang hassle lang ng admin na Greenmist, dahil nag implement sila na dapat 1 week prior ang airbnb booking which is not ideal dahil may biglaang booking na madalas (before pandemic ito ah, kaya I cant understand the 1 week prior booking), at hinohold nila ang guest kaya ang host ay nagfafine sa airbnb plus yung cancelled booking ng guests dahil sa sistema ng Greenmist na sumunod sa 1week policy. If you are planning to buy a condo unit, make sure na hindi Greenmist ang admin ng condo dahil kahit sa Sun residences ay problema nila ang mga anti owner policy ni Greenmist, ang Mezza1 unit owners ay kumuha pa sila ng lawyer para mabawi ang control from Greenmist na walang humpay sa pag impose ng increse sa assoc dues. Pati ang parking, since may mga staycation na may dalang car, gusto nila ng rent ng parking din, ang napakagaling na greenmist nag implement na need may car sticker ang tenant kahit short term lang, need to pay 150 for that stickers, which is ang hirap intindihin kasi pinopromote nila ang rental properties pero ginagawa nilang kumplikado ang buhay ng nga unit owners. Ito pa pala issue sa staycation, some guests gusto magswimming, nag implement sila ng 300pesos per person na gustong magswimming. Stay away from condo na GREENMIST ang admin kung ayaw nyong sumakit ang ulo nyo katulad ko

Magkano inabot ng makeover mo sir sa unit mo malapit narin ako magka condo ganyan din design gusto at yong devider papalitan ko sana ng transparent glass mga magkano kaya sir?
