The mattress is only 54 x 75 (full-sized bed) and it looks like is a tight fit. Do you know if a queen-sized bed can fit the family suite bedroom?

I have a flipping investment at SMDC …but it’s been 2 years and my agent never came to talk to me about it…even got 15k again telling me that she is advertising it to sell…it’s a lot of BS…where is my money on that flipping investment?…Now they are here in San Diego and trying to sell condos again for Flipping …I told whoever I reach out to regarding flipping and NOT to be fooled by their outrageous offers …you won’t have your money back at all …so….dont be fooled by SMDC
You cannot do short term condo flipping… the best time to resale the property is 10-15 years after turn over. Investment should be long term.
If you already paid for 2 years thru installment, you can refund 50% of the payment as per MACEDA law.
It’s not right to get 15k for advertising… we don’t do that. We advertise on our own expense.
