      Mas worth it pag Airbnb mas malaki income kesa long term monthly lease. Need mo lng gastusan pagandahin unit for airbnb mas mgnda unit mas magnda kita sa Airbnb. Long term leasing ngaun 25-30k plus range ng income pero kahit simple lng ayos ng unit basic gamit lang ilagay mo goods na un 😊
      Airbnb mas need tutukan at asikasuhin unit pero pag long term lease mas less pagaasikaso 😊 Goodluck 🙏

      @@themolinasworld2583 yes bro kayang kaya mo naman yan kung kaw mag aasikaso ang hassle lng nmn sa airbnb pag nag check out na nagrent tpos need mo linisina at ayusin. Kung madami ka time at matutukan mo mas maganda kaw na lng mag manage lahat. Sayang din ung fee na ibabayad mo kung ipapahandle mo sa iba. May pros and cons tlga kung ikaw maghahandle o ipapahandle mo sa iba. 😊 Goodluck bro 🙏

      1500 - 2500 per day po jan dti di ko lng sure kung nagbago. Depende sa unit 😊 sa mga booking app hanap n lng kau ng good deal and magndang unit 😊

      Per Residential Units : PHP 95/sqm/month, NON-VAT
      · Parking Slots : PHP 78/sqm/month, NON-VAT
      Times niu lng po kung ilang sqm ng unit niu🙏 plus water bill 😊

      Kung 24.10 sqm unit niu at walang parking po average ng 2,200 - 2,500 depende sa gmit ng water. Condo dues at water magkasama sa bill plus parking kung meron parking. Electric bill nakahiwalay 😊

      Ang shoulder lng ng renter is kuryente and tubig. Di kasama sa rent nya monthly dues. Monthly dues owner nagbabayad :)
