I remember showing dogs at a puppy match at the Great Geauga County Fair that day. I was only 6 but it seems like yesterday. It was 98'F that day! But July 28, 1993, came close (96'F in the afternoon, before the microburst that blew up the East Side), and there were a few days in July 1995 that were brutal as well!
I used to live in Lakewood and I miss seeing all of the works all over the city from a rooftop. It was awesome!🎉🎉🎉🎉
