Enjoying your recipe now. Just not tolerant to dairy,so I substituted Condensed Milk with Almond Milk vanilla flavour. So I did not have to add sugar. Big up Deddy!

I’m 43 yo and I remember I was in a foster home I was about 5 or 6 and the lady use to serve us this (minus the alcohol) we use to ask her what it was and she would say juice for the eyes. It was so good and she put condensed milk in the oatmeal too. I miss that home but I am going to make me some carrot juice tomorrow. Thank you for opening up a great memory for me 😊
My mum used to make it the old school way grating the carrots and squeezing the juice out, I must remind her.

You want the real juices from the Carrot. you grater it and squeeze out the juice that way your getting your nutrients from it .then you ad what you like or dont want.diffrent strokes for different folks

My craving is satisfied, I added shredded coconut, I didn't need suplligent neither so much sweet milk. Alcohol was added as a shot in the cup after. Now the leftover pulp is so nice I need to find a carrot cake video.
