Sending all victims love and prayers and thanks for bringing awareness to people my sister works for one of the largest non profits raising donations for disaster reliefs and can say awareness is always the first step

Yeah we had a EF-3 tornado about 25 mins from me in Arabi, Louisiana. Thank God only one person died from it. Arabi is a highly populated area and the houses aren’t that sturdy so it’s a miracle that only one died!

We had a terrible tornado go through our house about 8 years ago! It was one of the scariest experiences we have ever went through. We got very lucky compared to the people in our neighborhood.

Growing up in West Texas, I know tornados all too well. I remember being 5 years old and actually looking out at the field across from my grandma's trailer and seeing the tunnel. It was so fascinating but so scary at the same time. My favorite movies as a kid was the movie Twister and to this day I love it and still find tornados so interesting!
RIP to those that passed down south. Prayers for peace and strength over the families. I myself live along tornado alley 🌪 further north of Kentucky so I’ve been threw a few myself. This is pretty awesome. I grew up in California, so tornados are like no existent out there. Then I moved to North Carolina and when we got out first tornado warning I was terrified, especially having a 4 year old who doesn't really understand what's going on. @@sunnyxrosa_4637 no luckily the tornado was about 2 miles from our house and there was no crazy damage that was done, we lost power for a couple of days because of some downed trees but that was the worst of it.

We just had an EF3 tornado here in Missouri & I had my 5 day old baby in her car seat out in our garage (we don’t have a basement) scariest moment of my entire life. Thankfully, we are all safe and no major damage. A lot of families/businesses in our town had severe damage.
