- “ดัลโกน่าคอฟฟี่” หรือกาแฟฟองเกาหลี กาแฟที่ทุกคนสามารถทำเองได้ที่บ้าน หน้าตาและรสชาติของมันออกมาดีมาก... อร่อยเหมือนมีบาริสต้ามาทำให้ สำหรับใครที่ว่างๆ ช่วงนี้อยู่บ้านไม่รู้จะทำอะไร ฟ้าแนะนำลองทำกันดูได้ ทำง่าย ส่วนผสมหาได้ง่ายด้วย ใช้แค่ไม่กี่อย่างเอง แค่ต้องเตรียมแขน เตรียมข้อมือให้พร้อม งั้นเราไปเริ่มกันเลยค่ะ!!

The crazy frothy trending coffee called "Dalgona Coffee". It's everywhere on social media! Try it out! Easy, really simple and can be done anywhere with or without a mixer. I'm doin this series because we are on lockdown so what better way to entertain you guys, share activities and get you guys on board to try it out with me!

สูตรกาแฟ Dalgona
ส่วนผสม: กาแฟสำเร็จรูป 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ, น้ำตาล 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ, น้ำร้อน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ, นม 300 มิลลิลิตร
วิธีทำ
1. ใส่กาแฟและน้ำตาลลงในชาม
2. เติมน้ำลงไป จากนั้นตีด้วยตะกร้อมือ ตีวนไปด้วยความเร็วสูงต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 5 นาที (คุณสามารถทำได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องตีแป้งเลย เพียงแค่ใช้มือตีวนไป โดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 400 ครั้ง!)
3. เทนมลงในถ้วยให้เลยครึ่งแก้วมานิด แล้วใส่ครีมที่เราทำไว้ลงไป (ขอแนะนำให้เติมน้ำแข็งในนมด้วย ตามวิธีที่แบบที่เราทำ)
4. ลิ้มรสครีมเล็กน้อยก่อน ค่อยคนตัวครีมกับนมให้เข้ากัน จากนั้นก็สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับเครื่องดื่มในแก้วต่อได้เลย!

Dalgona Coffee Recipe
Ingredients : 2tbsp Instant coffee, 2tbsp Sugar, 2tbsp Hot water, 300ml Milk
Directions
1. Put instant coffee and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the water, whip it with a hand mixer on a high speed for 5 min. (You can do it without a mixer and just a whisk. Average whisk count 400 though!)
3. Pour some milk in a cup and put the completed cream on top. (I would recommend adding a bit of ice, that’s how I do it.)
4. Taste a bit of the cream first. Then mix the cream and milk well together and enjoy the rest of the drink!

Oh my gosh Dear, I just remembered two more beef places. Jeffer on the food court floor of Terminal 21 is a lot like your EAT ARE AM place which is actually American style but not an American chain. And lastly, maybe, is that the Terminal 21 food court has beef also but is probably the least spectacular serving except for old McDonalds stuff which is a bit drab but OK.
