I hear you re kids. I was a stay at home work from home Dad while wife worked (often out of town when they were very young). I took care of three kids from birth, each about 2 years apart. Did get a nanny three or four years in for 6 hours a day as my work from home became full time but breaks and lunches were with my kids and I took them to and from school and could attend any school events. Was home with my kids until the last one went to college. I consider myself so much more lucky than many male parents because kids are the most beautiful thing in life and I spent so much time with them. By the way it must be much cheaper where I live for space rental. I have 1,150 square feet with an office and bathroom and large storage area (with a roll up door) for $600 a month. Thank you for everything I have learned from you.

It's so important to just 'have a go' at working things out for yourself. In all areas of our lives. It sticks in our brains so much easier if we work it out. I love listening while I list and trying the tips you freely give us - THANK YOU!

I’ve been that person that has gotten discouraged because of your videos. And this was back when I was just thinking about being a reseller.
When you posted your video about being done with Ebay… I gave up before trying. I’ve been that person who looks for the reasons to stop.
But here I am again. You give valuable information and this time around everything has just been clicking for me. I’ve been subscribed for years.

Here in Australia, full-time employees get four weeks "Annual Leave" (paid vacation) per year. I think you need that to fully relax and get away from it all. This also allows us time to travel further and see more of our country and the rest of the world, which I feel most Americans really miss out on. On another note, I've been semi-retired for four years, and yes, you definitely can get bored if you have no interests besides work. But I sell on eBay and also volunteer at thrift shops, just a couple of days a week... to learn how it all works, behind the scenes.

Wow Chris. Your advice is always on point. I immediately dropped prices on my Poshmark closet and got three sales. It has been dead for a couple weeks. It amazes me how much effort you and Techn always put into your work. Such a great inspiration for reselling for sure!!!

The financial gurus are so against leasing a vehicle and I have always wondered "why". When I work through the numbers and if you are driving less than 15,000 miles a year, it starts to make sense for all the reason you mentioned. Thanks for going into the details on this subject. This is the first time I have heard someone come up with the numbers like I have. Do keep us informed on how this works out. Thanks Chris for your time.

I agree with Temu, however it’s hard to sift outside of the “crap” and knock offs on Temu. I’ll also say, I love Temu’s use of algorithms. They really push product based on interest. Before you know it, you have 20 items in your cart for under $100 lol. eBay can’t even figure out how to get a customer to pay you on an offer or won bid lol.

My wife is starting to flip. After a month all my spare rooms are filling up. 😅 So I asked her curve buying 😳until she’s recouped the first weeks expenses. What does she do. Trash hounding. She found more quality high valued items in residential trash that’s far more value than what’s she’s bought. She has mapped out all the zones in our county and days to hunt... and is killing it saving gems from taking up more landfill space. The upside is I get to fix all these slightly damaged or not working items.
Last night she brought home 2 CWI lighting (Element 17 and E8) chandeliers that sell for $700+/400+ new. Sure they need bulbs but these are beautiful polished nickel plate. When the chandelier repair shop responds, I told her to make an apt to sell them, not fix them. These are hard to store and ship.

On Poshmark, I never, never say no to an offer. I may counteroffer but never say no. Lately, I have been accepting them. So I only make a few dollars? I also have a very happy customer that will be back to shop some more, hopefully! By the way, the limit for sharing on Poshmark is 9000. I usually share around 7000 - 8000 a day. Don't want to get too close to 9000.

Great video as usual Chris. That flippin aint easy guy is still talking crap about you but that's ok, at least you know how to speak. He spews a thousand "um" and "ah" during every video. I can't stand to listen to anybody that can't speak or has bad grammar as he does, for instance, he says "should've went" instead of the proper "gone". etc.
