I lived in Henderson nv in 2002 and and 2003 its was in green valley on sunset rd and Arroyo Grande . It's was so close to the galleria mall I could walk there ! I loved it as a 16 year kid lol 😆 growing up I still love green valley and returned several times and still love it. Thinking of moving back to Henderson Nv. Not to mention Green Valley people refer to Summerlin as Snubberlin! Lol don't known if that still stands
Haha! I spent many of my high school days at galleria mall! That used to be the place! I lived in Henderson for many years and loved it there. That’s so funny I’ve never heard of Summerlin being called snubberlin! 🤣 Have you ever heard that Henderson is called Hendertucky? 😂 The rivalry between the two is so crazy. Let me know if you do decide to move back to Henderson I’d love to meet you and help you find a new home.
@@LisaLopezLuxuryRealEstate I've heard of Hendertucky! Lol . I think the whole Snubberlin might have been my impression because when you go summerlin and live anywhere else in the city ! They kinda look down on you!. Mainly because of elevation! Lol
Please do a video on all the restaurants and shopping in summerlin and another video on trails in red rock canyon and mountain biking trails in summerlin thanks
If I sold my house in Henderson here by St Rose Pkwy and wanted to upgrade, where would a good area be since my son will be going to college soon ? I've been in Henderson for over 10 yrs and the vibe is cool w all the accessible restaurants and shops..However, when I toured Summerlin by Bishop Gorman or Towncenter it felt like the 90210 Beverly hills Vibe. Sort of like snooty or bushua , dnt know if that's a word. I didn't get a family vibe even though it's suppose to be a family community w all the parks etc..Help me understand where to upgrade and retire ? Thanks
Hi Mark. Love it! Bushua is most definitely a word! Boujee is how I say it! Lol. Summerlin has a great family vibe! I’d love to talk through some of what is making you partial to either side of town and why you feel that way about Summerlin. @@LisaLopezLuxuryRealEstate I definately will..Maybe not a lot of people smile or its just my bias living in Henderson for so long..Although I do like the seafood city and Jolibee accesability, those houses in Summerlin are gorgeous..I did want to pull the trigger on the pulte homes off of sunridge heights but hesitated..My biggest regret..At the moment Im waiting for rates to slash..Yes I will definately call you when you're available..Saw you on Chakits thats how I came to this channel..Very informative indeed...Thank You-Mark
@@markmene1975 You should give me a call tomorrow Mark. We can discuss your concerns over rates. Rates can be refinanced but its a great time for buyers. Sellers are giving a lot of concessions right now and it's a good time for buyers to take advantage of that. Lets not forget where we came from... just a year ago buyers were upset because they were having to pay whatever sellers wanted and were waiving appraisals and inspections.
Hello! San Diego is one of my favorite getaways! Del Mar is my absolute favorite! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I’d love to help you with your relocation. Have you started looking for a home yet or do you have any specific questions I can answer for you?

Summerlin is definitely attainable without spending $2M. You can buy homes in Summerlin for under $600k but in the communities I mention in this video the starting price point is upwards of $1.5M
Properties are higher in Summerlin, but there’s good reason for that. Summerlin is one of the top three master planned communities in the US and offers over 300 parks and over 200 trails that interconnect all of its villages together. That creates the demand, and the demand creates the increase in value.
Hi @hwndragon1 Vegas is very pet friendly! There are many stores and dining establishments that allow you to bring your pets in as well! Thanks so much for your comment!
Summerlin is getting worse. I've been seeing more and more graffiti over the last few years. When I moved here in 2014, I never saw any cop cars or any graffiti. I've been seeing them more and more.
I think it’s inevitable with the influx of people that moved to our city in such a short amount of time. I also noticed a lot more police cars but I think part of it is from having the new substation at the top of Far Hills. But definitely more activity on the streets in the past few years.

My personal opinion of you like the cold I would high tail it to RENO. Lots of new builds coming up
Reno is definitely growing and there are tons of new builds up there.

I thought there are Lake Mead Christian, GV Christian, and American Heritage that offer religious private high school in Henderson?
You are correct. There are reasons they weren’t mentioned in the video but thanks for pointing that out.
FYI, "tract" home, not "track" home. Just sayin'. Otherwise, great, informative video. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed the video. I’ll be sure to let my editing team know of the caption error.

Summerlin is going downhill fast! I would prefer Henderson.
Really? I’d love to know why… tell me more about that.
I think summerlin is better than green valley
I lean towards Summerlin too! But… I will say there are some great views from green valley!
