The Small Hours and War Pigs are alot of the reason I picked up a guitar in the 80's. I still play both from time to time to remember where it all started for me and guitar.

As a long time fan of MOP, and Metallica in general, I can't help but love the darkness of this song. It reaches in and grabs my soul and plays with it like Hetfield strumming an awesome rhythm from his guitar. Very difficult to describe but it's a great kick ass trigger for me. Much like a lot of Metallica's music. Of all their studio albums, Master of Puppets is, hands down, the best effing album they ever did. It's the only album of theirs where I love every song on it. Gives me very fond memories of Cliff, even though I never knew him. Wasn't Cliff the one who was into HP Lovecraft and the Cthulu mythos? Probably why I've always been intrigued by it and the Great Old Ones.

When they were originally shot in 2009 they were shot in higher quality, but for some reason metallica only uploaded them in 240p. I don't know why they uploaded those videos with such low quality when they could have easily made them 480p or 720 at least
