It’s honestly depressing cuz they did everything to slow the Germans, but on maps and in stereotypical history Poland is always looked upon as the weaker one that was quickly and easily subdued, for lack of a better term. But no, they were the resist and bite before the resist and bite*, iykyk.
*french story with same context, tough against the Wehrmacht, tho France still looked on as weak in the war.
