Pro tip: use a tiny pick tool to grab the corner on that 3M tape backing. Changed my life. Also, thise covers were worth trying vs basically gutting all 4 doors to get to the back side.
I keep a pack of yellow Tortex guitar picks in my toolbox for this exact reason. Also an excellent scraper, panel plug puller, and more!

For the mirrors buy the paintable mirror caps from boost auto and then you can also get a white/switchback led lights for the mirror as well.
Plastidip is a good alternative, tape around the door handle and spray. It worked for me and has been on for 4 years.
The smoke machine seems like it works well, I’ve always used cigar smoke. Take a drag and blow it in a tube, it’s works but I’m light headed afterwards! 😂

You could take and spray paint that door handle put you put on, but if you do, it will not sun fade and I know that’s what you don’t want to do
