We always go to Sally’s in Cholla Bay, or even the burrito guy, he makes good burritos and even tamales, we love Rocky Point. We planned to be there January 10-17th. We had to make changes because of the border issues
Tip - Pour the grease out of the pan and crisp up the bacon.

Omelette suggestion. Don’t try to flip it over in the pan. Leave it flat and cooking, cheese bacon and the other goodies spread on the egg and then pick up the pan, tilt it slightly, let the egg start to slide out onto the plate. When half is on the plate, raise up the pan and let the rest of the egg flip over and become a omelet. No fuss, no mess. Been doing all our household cooking for thirty years and this tip I saw on a cooking show. I also enjoy egg scrambles like you make.

Sure, we boodnocked in our daughters driveway in SW Las Vegas for the holidays, and now one night at the Oasis RV Park on our way out of town is $90 per night. Plus tax. And a cold shower. I need to be back in Mexico!

My in-laws used to have a place near Guadalajara. Building codes in rural areas are almost non existent. They built most of the place themselves. Being ranchers they're quite frugal. Good scroungers.
The first morning I hoped into the shower and was confronted with water handles that both were marked C. I later asked them about it and the answer was. The knob on the right was marked C for Cold. The knob on the left was marked C for Caliente (hot).
