Thank you so much. We just figures this all out last night and I've been feeling horrible for how short tempered I've become with him and he's only 2. I really want to be a great dad so thank you. You have no idea how happy I am to learn

Muchas gracias por tus recomendaciones. Mis hijos (gemelos) tienen muchos problemas para dormir (horas) y siento que esta es la primera vez que alguien describe lo que les pasa (ya estamos con OT) vamos a incorporar algunas sugerencias. Gracias 🙌

Great tips. I tried sleep music a while back with my son, but never thought about using binaural beats. We're going to try it out. Thank you!!

Hi Casey. Thanks for the info! I've been working on the baby's bedtime routine to establish healthy sleep associations (that don't involve me lol) but I didn't know much about the theta and delta waves. This intrigued me because I also have trouble falling asleep so I may try it out! Question on the binaural beats: do you play them all night long while the baby or older child is sleeping? Can you share which tracks you use? Thanks!

Hey! Thanks for watching :) We did have the binaural beats play all night. We played it on Spotify on an iPad, basically using it in place of a sound machine. There are so so many songs out there that match the wave length, even within that "binaural beats" artist (?) on Spotify but I picked one with ocean waves and like a heavy undertone of a rhythm. I will say that when our little friend had severe sleep disturbances and was up for hours at a time, it didn't help, but that's definitely an area that crossed into medical/something else going on. Hope you find some tricks to help! Sleep is so so hard. For EVERYONE in the house, but particularly moms who are THE comfort for sleep. Keep me posted!
