- To me, nothing represents the opposite of winter than Citrus, Sunday Feb 16th the temperature was 75 degrees (about 30 degrees above normal) so I juiced some delicious blood oranges, tangelos & Cara Cara oranges and blended with my own organic goat milk and scented with 5 citrus essential oils to create Juicy, a bright and exuberant soap sure to get your day started out right.
Available St. Patrick's Day 2020.

My apologies for the lack of editing, I had a plumbing issue that happened while I was working on this video.
I bought this blood orange 2 scent off Amazon and omgggg it’s amazing so fresh and bright I love it for my reed diffusers
Beautiful absolutely love this idea. You do a wonderful job. Love watching your videos.
Hi Rae, thanks so much, have a great weekend
Hellou lot's of love from Turkey🇹🇷 I love your videos... They are so relaxing, informative at the same time!
Welcome Welcome, it's so nice having you here.
They're GORGEOUS, Patrick and still adhere to your all natural motto. The Soaping101 channel did a soap with lemon juice as the ONLY liquid and it didn't saponify because the citric acid neutralized the lye. This is a great idea!
Eric, Lemon juice is a lot more acidic than the citrus I used for sure, however cutting it with goat milk as I did, and slightly modifying the superfat it worked out. Thanks so much
Nice
Thank you so much I appreciate that have a fantastic day

So pretty and I love citrus soaps, the cornmeal one is one of my husband's favorites.
Thanks Nancy, yes I love the citrus scents best myself.
Hello , your soap looks beautiful 👍😍 I am not successful with goats milk and fresh orange juice cp soap 😟😔 ! The problem is my goats milk curdles after few minutes ! I do like you half and half but .... Why does this happen ??? I will really appreciate an answer to my problem please . Really want to make this combination soap . Thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
These look fabulous! And I love the ground citrus peel, what a genius idea!
Thanks Ellen, I really appreciate that. Have a great day
Beautiful 😍that must smell awsome 🥰
Wow! Gorgeous soap! I love everything about the soap! Awesome job! ML!
Hiya Debra, thanks so much, have a wonderful day
WOW - that is Absolutely Beautiful! I just made Satsuma Juice Soap. LOVE your videos Patrick !
Hi Cynthia, thank you so much, I bet your soap is fantastic, have a great day
Cara cara oranges are my favorite, thanks for the tip on peeling the oranges, that seems so easy. The soap color looks do remind me a lot of the the blood orange with the other oranges from the beginning, nice job!
Hi Glenda, thanks so much, have a great day
To date the best soap video I've seen. I love the naturalness of this soap. The colors awesome. Now I believe I watched this with both eyes. Did you change the pour to get the yellow. Did I miss that part. What I saw was the big batch of color was red orange then you poured the other 2 colors in the big batch. If that's correct. Where did yellow come from? Have an awesome week
Hi Cheryl, he base color was just colored with the fruit juices, thanks so much for your kind words. I hope you have a wonderful day
🍊🍊Such a beautiful design and I bet it’s so decadent to the skin with all that juicy citrusy effervescent 🍊🍊
Howdy, awe thanks, it smells so good too, have a great day
Hope the plumbing is all fixed Patrick. This is bang on for me right now, I seem drawn to citrus right now even though it's winter
Hi Sarah, still working on the water issues, but should be fixed soon, thanks so much
Hi Pat. Those colours pop and I bet it smells Sooo good. Did you put any of the peel in the soap as well? Hope your plumbing problem resolved we are surveying the damage after storms Ciara and Dennis passed through. Luckily we escaped the rain and winds to a large extent in our part of the country but sadly others are really suffering. X x x
Kath, I am so glad you and Ken are safe, I read about all the damage so many there are enduring. Great big hugs
Yes it has been quite a few weeks and some areas got both storms. The pictures on YT are devastating, the closest I have seen are the Wirral, (Liverpool area), Fylde coast, (blackpool) and the Ribble valley. We are sort of in the middle and although it has been windy and wet, we have escaped the worst of it. Makes you wonder what is happening in nature these days. I heard today that York is under water as well.
That pour was magnificent. Love the pattern it created! 💖Jen
They look awesome! I may have to get some of these! Lovely soap Patrick! 💖Jen
Beautiful colors in this soap....I bet the scent is out of this world, Patrick!
Hey there other Patrick, long time no see, how are you doing? Thanks so much for visiting.
Soapy Oaks Farm-Patrick hi ya beautiful Patrick, sending you much love and appreciation. I think you are amazing. I could listen to you talk for hours. I am doing quite well the last couple months after months of a funk.
The colors remind me of a sunset. Very pretty!
Hi Shelly, thank you, I see that too. Have a great day
The colors and swirls are gorgeous!
I really appreciate it, thank you
Wonderul colours ♡
Thank you, it was a lot of fun to make.
Oh so lovely - as usual.
Thanks so much, i really appreciate your kind words. Have a great day
Beautiful!
Thanks so much
I've never seen oranges being juiced with a towel before. Wow. I would have a very hard time not wanting to drink that juice, it looks SO wonderful. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! The colors are perfect!!!
Hi Renee, the towel is not a perfect way, but just a simple alternative, I hope you have a fantastic week, all my best my soapy sisters
Look at these colors, wooow!! I can smell this soap from here and I really like citruses😍!! I dried some organic orange peels, grinded them and the aroma was heavenly🤩
Layal, good to see you, yes I love those aromas of the peel too, those natural oils really shine
Wow, this is absolutely stunning, Patrick! I love all of these natural ingredients. Hope you are well, friend xo
Thanks so much, I really appreciate that, I am doing terrific and wish you the same
Beautiful swirl Patrick. Love the idea of the ground peels for exfoliation. I have the same issues with the color balance. But these colors are great.
Hiya Lauren, thank you
Stunning and I bet it feels and smells even better.
I like it! The fruit colors turned out good just like fruits themselves. Looks like a good soap to grab for morning showers and will wake you up at the same time. Unique citrus soap Patrick. Thank you Patrick and have a bless evening!🧡🍊🌞🙏 Just like a cup of fresh orange juice. This soap can brighten up your day.
Hugs Kenya, thank you so much, I hope you have a great week
Gorgeous soap! Thank you Patrick for all the wonderful tips you always give us. ♥️♥️♥️
Hi my friends, thank you so much
this soap came out very nice looking in the varieties of colors Patrick. Theyre beautiful. I bet they smell wonderful
Thanks Sebrina, I hope you have a wonderful day
I love the look and sound of your 2 oranges and the tangelo we can rarely get blood orange down here in Tasmania but I love then when we can get them. The fresh rind powder you made is better than the one I bought as the natural powdered rind didn't smell at all.
I love the look of this soap and I'm sure it smells amazing, Citrus fragrances are some of the best fragrances, EO I'm told are not good stay put fragrances in CP soap. Does using the juice and freshly dried peel help keep the Citrus smell in the soap. I love your swirls in this bar
Hi Tanya, thanks so much, Blood oranges are one of my favorites, the berry like flavor is so unlike other citrus
Sunset Citrus. I also, like the one with the sun! Bet it smells like an Orange Grove. You come up with such unique ideas. Love it! 👍 🍊
Hey Cheryl, thanks for that, I really do appreciate it
Blood orange is one of my favorite essential oils! Have you tried coloring it with paprika?
Oh yes I have in fact I've used paprika several different times., Thanks so much and I hope you're having a great weekend
Wow. This is so gorgeous - I want to eat it!!!! This has got to be a winner. Fantastic result. Thanks for sharing. X
ha, well no eating, it Irene, I will make you a orange cake for that :)
Thar soap turned out lovely! Thank you for sharing Patrick
Thank you much Donna, I hope you day is going well, big hugs
I use citric acid in my soaps as a chelating agent but how much nicer is it to add fruit juices....I love this.
Howdy Irene, thanks so much, its a simple process and is a lot of fun to make
I'm Florida raised so oranges are my favorite. Lovely video.
So cool, we had a lemon tree when I was a kid, and that was in Northern California, not that common there, I miss those days.
I just love the way the swirls turned out! Summer vibes 😍
Hi Rozeeta, thanks so much, you have a great day
Wow, very nice, thanks for sharing!!
Thanks so much Jenny, have a great day
The colors turned out perfect!!!
Love it...
Thank you so much Marilyn
Did you use extra lye to compensate for the acid in the fruit juice
Hi Linda, I did use extra Lye, the citrus I used is pretty low in citric acid (compared to lemon/limse) however I did cut with goat milk and adjusted the superfat accordingly. Thanks so much
Oh the colors are spot on! I bet it smells amazing. 😍
Hi there friend, thanks so much
I love how distinct the swirls are. Beautiful job with lovely ingredients 💕
-Shonna

Another awesome so super perfect Such a nice calm relaxing video the colors were very beautiful Looking forward to drawing some peels of lemon and grapefruit that I have very nicely made Patrick
Hey Lenna, good to see you, thank you, it's so easy to dry them, you will love having them on hand
@@SoapyOaksFarm I can't wait to use my machine I just got it you're the reason why I got it So looking forward to it have a beautiful day Patrick
I also missed seeing if you added the peel to the soap batter. I would also love to know what essential oil blend you used. You mentioned the lemon essential oil, but did you use others as well? I can just imagine how gorgeous it smells and can't wait to see the bubbles!!! Thanks for all you do Patrick ♡
Hi there, I added about 1/2 of the peel and the essential oils used were Blood Orange, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Tangerine & Grapefruit Thanks for visiting and have a great week.
Look like a marbelcake
Hi, thanks so much, it kind of does. Have a great day
Awesome colors!
