- Mandelík hajní (Coracias garrulus) je ptačí druh, který v České republice už bohužel vymizel. Poslední doložené hnízdění je z roku 1991. Živí se výhradně živočišnou potravou - hmyzem, malými obratlovci. Video je natočené v Maďarsku. Mandelík zimuje ve východní Africe.

I would love to see more colourful birds like these in the UK. they look quite easily spooked and I am guessing difficult to get anywhere near.
I especially like the part when sat on the wire of the telegraph pole with what looks like a Kestrel - Falco tinnunculus for company.
I love the choice of music too and it suits the footage very well. ◕‿◕

c'est un très bel oiseau aussi , que je n'ai jamais et a malheureusement disparu de la République Tchèque ce que vous dites quel grand dommage, pesticides ??????donc plus de quoi se nourrir................
La vidéo est tournée en Hongrie. En République tchèque, la nidification n’a pas eu lieu depuis très longtemps. Ceci est certainement influencé par l'agriculture, la destruction de sites indigènes. Dommage, de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux disparaissent de notre paysage. Merci pour votre intérêt. Bon dimanche, Jarmila
