That's so strange, sounds like an underground train. The Achilles heel is still the re-charge time but certainly an interesting road test.

I'm thinking of getting one myself hopefully next year. In the long run its good and will save pretty much on the bank and soon enough fossil fuels will run out soon.

Ok these are good bikes but many people in the UK like to have a fairing to help with the weather, the problem is Zero make none of their bike with a fairing.
In fact none of the electric bikes on sale cater for the average rider of today.
Many riders are well over weight and so will affect the range of the bikes.
So unless you are one of the thin riders that enjoy spiting bugs out your teeth there are no electric motorcycles out there that can do the job yet.

    But does it wheelie?

Use my two bikes all year round. In 40 years of riding I must have covered 500k miles or more. And the only problems I've ever run into that have been a pain to address? - Electrical issues! :)
I think a replacement battery is like £3,000 or something for one of these? Ouch. And the engine, god knows how much.
And the "belt"? A chain and sprocket kit costs next to nothing..
So, a £15,000 bike that could require a £6,000 pair of replacement batteries after 5 years. And god knows how much in costs if other stuff goes wrong - you know, stuff you expected to be covered by the warranty but the dealer/manufacturer have a different idea once you make a claim (been there, bought the tee-shirt, several times over! :))
I love the idea, but I think it's still some years away from being truly practical and affordable. Great video, nonetheless, and many thanks for it.

Good comments well made. I'm sure we are still at the birth truly practical electric vehicles but nothing is more certain that they will slowly be taking over the roads in the years to come... Thanks for the support :)

When cars were introduced they weren't that practical or as fast as horses were back then. But slowly technology improved and we grew used to it. Electric motorcycles are going to be the same. It might be impractical now, but it's definitely the future.

The batteries and motors are good for over 300000 miles. Next question?

    It's a scooter like a T-max, computer bike.

That would be like calling a Harley a moped with no pedals and a bigger motor
