I just wanna say I've been suffering from a herniated disc for about 2 years. I'm so tired of being in pain it makes me think about the sweet release of death some days. I always thought back pain was kinda b.s. The kinda thing that someone who I would consider lazy would dare complain about it lol. Then It was me who was hurt and I very quickly realized that lower back pain is real!!! I've found some help from some of your videos on here. I like you both alot you guys are perfect for youtube! Please never change the theme song because It's golden!!!!

Nice! I love simple little exercises like these that don't take up a lot of time and can have a profound benefit. I'm betting this will help with my pelvis that likes to rotate back on the left side, I've experienced incredible tear- and swear word-inducing pain from that more than a few times. And any time I have to do tasks that involve bending at the waist I tend to suffer from lower back pains for several days afterwards. I'm sure this will be the answer for that problem as well. Bless you! 💖

Very important, thank you! Deep core muscles are essential for balance and exercise 😊🙏🏼

I have osteoporosis and have low back pain. When I sit, stand, turn over in bed, move a certain way. Getting up out of my chair is the worst. I have to stand and it takes a little bit to straighten up my back. I know I have bad posture and bad core muscles. It hurts when I walk, but I walk my little dog 4 or 5 times a day. Is there any exercises I could do to make it not hurt so much?

I am wondering I know you have spondylothesis as I do, the ball seems to me would make your spine unstable? I was going to get one but I have been scared because of that, also I sleep on my side lately I have not been able to it feels like when I turn my lower hip area is pulling apart, is that a sign of my hips being out of joint?

Anytime I do gardening and engage in pulling/twisting etc, I end up with a pain that prevents me from standing up straight. I end up walking with my butt sticking out and a pain going down my left leg. It usually goes away in 4 days. Is this sciatica, neurogenic claudication or something else?

Unfortunately the camera cut away when Brad showed where to put the finger tips. Now admittedly I'm not slim but I still can feel muscles under the fat when feeling for them. But, doing what I believe they want us to do when lying, I can feel nothing or what I feel I'm not sure if it's the right muscles (because I'm not sure if I'm doing it right - what Bob is doing also looked more kind of like hip thrusting rather than pushing something backwards).

I have it too (severe) and we can do more then you think. For a safe way to do this just sit up in harder chair and gently exhale then hold and count out loud to slowly to 5 work up to 10. B&B videos on OP great. Also: Prof Dr Belinda Beck, The bone clinic videos. She’s done good OP studies at diff levels/ages and weight lifting. And yoga for OP. Holding poses/asanas using body weight. Start slow and build the muscles over time to support harder moves that build bone. Functional ones incl hip hinge done safely are key (BB have video or search YT.) Lack of movement/activity will hurt us more then not. Best of luck. Edit: Do be careful. I saw a good physio therapist to help get me started.
