You gained my respect and subscription when you sold your stingray and let the next guy experience the C8 without beating him over the head when we all know you could have made more then just a few dollars, especially by selling it when you did, way before the Z was set to be delivered. Happy to see you in a Z06, enjoy yourself, that yellow and the white looks different and great.

Congrats man! My first start of my 70th anniversary C8 made my body and heart jump and skip! I was inside a small showroom and I pressed the key fob start and jumped, lol! Awesome! Im loving my first Corvette with this beautiful car! I was asked by my salesperson if I was going to keep my C8 for awhile, I aid yes but may trade her in for a Z06 in a few years! We'll see! For now though, my Stingray is awesome! She's through her first break in period of 500 miles and headed to her next one at 1172 or so miles right now! She's not a garage queen, lol! I'm gonna do a few videos over time with my Corvette on my channel! Mostly I do comic books but I want to do this beautiful car as well! Congrats again Clarence!

I've spent over $8,100 on my 2007 BMW 650i Convertible, trying to stop fluid leaks and replacement for rubber and plastic parts over the past 3 months but, I really love the car with now only 83k miles. I absolutely love your ZO6 much better. The sound is incredible! Cherish it because we are witnessing the death of the V8 as auto manufacturers transition to electric products. Can't wait for your video content!

Nice vid, Clarence. Making me wish I had recorded my experience when I purchased my '19 Grand Sport. Only have still shots. I have to admit, I wasn't a real fan of the C8 since, in my opinion, it closely resembles a Ferrari, but I think I'm hooked now. To be honest, I wasn't a real fan of the newly designed C7 back in 2014 either.... fast forward to August of 2019 🙂. If there's anything that I'd have to "ding" GM on the build quality of the C8 is the use of plastic for the air vent knobs. That's not really a deal killer for me, but GM may want to consider brushed aluminum being that the car is now in the low 6 figures price range. Other than that, along with watching your videos, I think the C8 is starting to grow on me. If it's still in production by the time I retire in 2029, its definitely going to be a retirement gift from me to me. Just have to decide between a Z06 or E-ray. Enjoy the new whip, bro. We buy 'em to drive 'em. VRROOOOOOOOOM!!

Congrats again Clarence! See you at Carlise! You asked about our specs: Mine is a 2023 Accl Yellow C8 Stingray - 2LT, Mag Ride, Non-Z51, Coupe. I added lots of mods on the outside and inside of the car. VERY HAPPY WITH IT! I got my C8 on Dec 8th 2022. As of today (5/1/2023), I now have 9,500 miles. Yup its my daily driver. I love the feeling of driving it. It can be FAST (not as fast as your new Z06) and elegant at the same time. I don't have any strong dislikes. However, I wish the car came slightly lower from the factory. If there was less space in the wheel well, it would look even more aggressive. One other nitpicking thought... Having a soft close option for the front hood. I heard its coming for the 2024 models. I wish it could be retro fitted for the 23's.
Attended National Corvette Museum BASH. After seeing their ERAY C8 in Riptide Blue, I've decided to pass on Z06. The ERAY is just too cool.

I’m in the 150’s range at Ciocca, but I keep thinking save the $40-50k and go stingray which is amazing in its own right. But I’m worried especially with no manual that there won’t be enough visceral raw power feel. Your feedback makes me feel waiting next year for the Z is the right answer……
It’s a sweet ride, I used to have a c6, but aren’t u worried about the light interior showing dirt/stains..

I'm assuming your description of how you felt sitting in the Z06 at the unveiling was because of what the car was because sitting in a Z06 is the same as sitting in any C8. The interior is exactly that same.

Mine feels flat at low and top. Pulls hard in middle / shame they look like c8 / z06 should be different , going down road you can’t tell at glance c7 could tell difference easily . 11.1 mileage at best so far
