I don't think I'll ever get bored of Anette's old NW song interpretations, or her quirky sense of style. She's being her self, and that's what's so awesome about her. How people can hate her is baffling.

Anette has 2 styles to sings Ever Dream, when she sings it soft and peaceful it is really pretty. But there are very few videos of any quality. There's one from Colmar 2012 where she also sings Ever Dream quite beautiful fashion.

I totally agree... Marco, Tuomas, Emmpu, Juka and Anette!! all together as a group. Maybe there are songs that Anette does not sing as we would like to, or maybe different,but she has her own style and she has improved a lot, some old songs sound really good on her voice and the best for me is that those old songs are still there, for us... to enjoy them. Tuomas is a God of music!!!
actually Tarja sings soprano. She said so herself in an interview just after she left Nightwish. The interviewer commented on the fact that she sings Opera, and she corrected him.

But symphonic metal is about bringing together elements of metal with symponic music,whose elements are:orchestral parts,classical voices and clssically oriented music. So,classical singers in symphonic metal isn't about stereotypes,but because this is how this music is supposed to be performed.
That is why this is Nightwish, and nog Nightwish with Tarja or the other way round. Anette is amazing in this song! Love to see them 15th of March in Rotterdam!

What's with Still of the night, Falling awake, I walk alone and so on? (I know these are songs from her solo career.) She doesn't sound as in a studio because her edited and such things. And renember: A singer in a concert can't sound the same as in a studio because there aren't possibilities for that.
Sopranos don't all sing classical music or opera... Anette is actually a soprano so she should be perfectly fine in singing all of NWs songs and Tuomas has said that she is.... So let the whole Anette can't sing these songs cause they were composed for a soprano singer.... Cause she is actually a soprano...

歌唱力は前任、後任に遠く及ばないというのが定説っぽいけど、自分はアネットの映像ばかり探して聴いてます。
間違いなく1番好き。可愛らしくて、聴きやすい。
ターヤの後任にアネット入れるとゆー決断したのはリーダーのツォーマスさん？誠に慧眼としか言いようがない。
