Immortal and confined to the train, Pom-pom has witnessed countless crew members come and go over what might be thousands or even millions of years. Despite forming attachments to these individuals, Pom-pom is inevitably left alone as they die, disappear, or abandon the train. His unique position ensures that he will outlive everyone, bearing the solitary burden of remembering all the fallen Trailblazers. I dont think it actually said they all died. If I remember right, it said that they never left the dream. Which would mean that Sundays plan to capture everyone in the dream succeeded.
Of course Mikhail and the gang dies I mean it's about an amber era ago their journey ended if I'm not mistaken. The idea that Mikhail entrusted future trailblazers with his legacy is probably the biggest gamble he ever done

I have a feeling that aeons are kind of like the gods from Greek mythology, they have multiple forms and can take any shape they want but choose the one that fits most. I was also thinking that maybe Pom-Pom is an emanator or an object blessed by akivili himself, which is supported by the fact that no one seems to want to get on his bad side, even Welt Yang, who is probably the most powerful person we’ve seen (though this is subjective since we don’t know how much power he retained from HI3rd and how much he is hiding, we know he is at least emanator status).

Akivilis emanator? Possible but from the cutscene we saw in penacony where we see akivilis memories that seems unlikely.
And aside from that akivili is a fallen aeon so even if pompom was THEIR emanator pompom would no longer have the power that comes with it and as such would not be chained to the express for that reason.
My personal theory is that the astral express is a separate thing from the trailblazers at the start but was picked up by the trailblazers and made theirs.
@@theclusterknight8716 akivili is missing though, not fallen like tayzzyronth or idrilla. So it's possible that bits of aki's power still lingers either as the fuel for the astral express or in the form of pompom, which makes pompom their emanator. It's just a wild theory though, more data banks are needed.

I do that everyday. Pom Pom gives you more credits than the daily quest and also gives you materials both for making food buffs and character level up materials. I dunno why some don't do that when it's less than a minute at most.

Pompom can leave the train. We just dont know how far he can go from the train. But we definitively see that he is outside of the train when we summon new characters.

I dont see it as a sad life but instead he is gifted the opportunity to meet so many new blazers and help them grow into their full potential. This is my head cannon. Pom pom is the trailblazer stellaron. Stellarons can die when their path loose their meaning, they become swallowed by another path etc. but they havent told us they physicially need to die. They might just loose their powers. Pom pom is bound to the train because he created the train.
