i released my first 3 songs with Landr, but it seems they discontinued their one time fee. I can't find it. I don't want to to pay monthly or annually for all of Landr's services available (that i won't use) and just to keep my music available. This video is 2 years old. I'm about to head over to cdbaby to check on the "live forever" and no recurring fees.
Can vary, have to go through all the relevant fields to filling in song info tax etc, then you submit and it gets loaded into the inspection que, mine took about 2-3 weeks only because I had some difficulties uploading artwork, which I eventually sorted out. Excited for our first release. All the best!
Do you register the songs on ascap or bmi or is that something you have to do on your own ? I thought that was one of the main selling points ? How do you register music as the sole proprietor ? Who invetiably owns the music ?
