Very nice boat, in Australia they launch these off the beaches and have caught marlin on them!!!!!!! A very nice slighly larger boat is the Fatcat 4000 which has a catamaran hull. Have a look at it.
Love the content! Dude, in Australia you need a licence to drive a boat which involves a written and an on water test. Also lots of regulations regarding wearing a PFD, carrying safety equipment etc. We even have speed cameras on parts of the river.
we also have a lot of the same regulations, the US public is just more likely to flaunt those rules as well as never take the tests... and so you have the "chit show", and other such youtubes that show you how dumb/incompetent/ignorant boaters put themselves and others at risk because they have not the basic understanding of marine safety, rules and regulations or for that matter common sense. (in most states you have to take it, if you want to have passengers, and safety equipment and pfd requirements are a thing here too) You might complain about the situation in Australia, but the reality is that property destruction, serious injuries and death due to general ignorance of marine rules is a real issue over here in the states. especially since most of the time the people responsible for the incidents put many others at risk for their ignorance.
As much as you got invested might as well get a Carolina skiff dryer ride more stable. By the way I like the yak content you still going to put some out
I took my tuffy out for the first time yesterday...a great day until water police got me.. No boat licence , life jacket wasn't regulation, no flares and I was speeding 😫...
