But what about the certificate, are we not supposed to create a certificate or is activating the ssl all we need to do to fully use our website without problems?

@@awdso after activating the free ssl as followed by the tutorial, I’m trying to connect my namecheap domain to my Shopify store, I’m asked to switch from cloudflare custom dns to namecheap dns. It’s kinda confusing now because it was ssl I added and not dns.

The problem is if your site is php with data base, like a forum, you will have problem because it will logout you from the forum after few seconds!

Yes! But you need to make sure to add Hostinger IP Address (Type A) in the cloudflare DNS records.

You do need to update the nameservers of your hosting account and replace them with cloudfalre nameservers.

Hey so I have tried same method as in this video. But after installing the SSL, the images of my website are not loading. It has been one week today. Is it because of this SSL or do I have to check other things too ?
One common issue is mixed content, where some elements of your website are loaded over HTTPS (secure) while others are loaded over HTTP (insecure). This can cause browsers to block the insecure content, including images. To fix this, ensure that all resources on your website, including images, are loaded securely using HTTPS. Update any internal links, image URLs, or references to use the HTTPS protocol.
You can use plguin to fix mixed content error.
