    What caused it? Greed. Collecting as much money as possible no matter what it takes. Most of the problems in the world are caused by this.

      Not really. Just garden-variety corporate stupidity. Nobody empowered enough to say, "Wait, this is stupid." The police/security personnel certainly weren't motivated by money, but were nevertheless too stupid to tell United to solve the problem United created.

      Greg Shane: The police had no authority to tell United anything. They were there because they were called about an unruly passenger. It is United's fault totally and was caused by policies enacted to attain more corporate profit. It's really that simple. But you are entitled to your opinion and I am to mine.

    I love how there's a misspelling in the title, that I'm guessing should've been Dr. Dao, but instead is Doctor Who, such as the BBC show.
